Pros: Great location, good facilities and friendly staff. Very good value for the money.

Cons: A bit noisy - window is not properly soudproof (but still acceptable).

Wonderful 2 night stay in great location

Pros: I stayed here for two nights in mid-February and had a great experience. The room was very spacious, modern, spotlessly clean, with everything you’d need for a short stay. The location is central, the property is well maintained, and the value for money was exceptional (90 euros for 2 days!) I booked the day before, which may be why the price was so good. The staff were extremely friendly, the room was very quiet and I slept really well. The bed, shower, large TV were all excellent, and there were plenty of towels provided. Checkout was also seamless. I would 100% stay here again.

Cons: This is a very minor point, I almost feel silly mentioning it, while tea and coffee were provided, there was no milk , a small sachet would have been a nice touch.

Pros: The Porto Suite team is incredibly kind, and the hotel is very clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

Good place to visit Porto

Pros: The room was very good, clean and with everything necessary for preparing simple meals. The staff was kind and available. The location was central, very close to the metro which is very convenient to visit the city.

Cons: We were unlucky and there were problems with water and electricity during our stay, it was not related to the hotel but to the ongoing construction works in the city. This happened during our last day, we met with the director who was understanding and offered us the possibility of having free breakfast the next morning (in case we would remain at the accommodation) and also refunded the amount of the last day (as we could not use the room for anything). All in all, this was just an unfortunate situation but again the staff helped as much as they could and the accommodation is very good.

Pros: Nice bed with an equipped kitchen and overall clean bathroom. Location is also fairly close to the main tourist attractions if you are up for walking.

Cons: There was a smell which came from the drains.

A cozy, well-located stay in Porto

Pros: The location is close to Trinidade Station, which connects easily to both the airport (E line) and the city center (D / yellow line) — a major advantage. The apartment was clean and surprisingly big (not the one we reserved, a bigger one from what I understood). The kitchenette was equipped with the minimum you might need if you choose to cook, small fridge and table wear for 3 persons.

Cons: The check-in was a bit unusual, as you need to go to a nearby location (about 100 meters away), but the staff were very nice and helpful. We stayed during winter, and the heating is provided through the AC. It warms the room quickly, but it also gets cold again shortly after you turn it off.

Well-organized and equipped room in the center of Porto

Pros: Well equipped room very close to subway and Porto center. Easy check-in and good communication. We definitely had a good time here and book again if we come back to Porto.

Cons: There is actually nothing to complain about.
