Pros: Superb, modern 1bdrm apartment on 4th floor. Bus service from town was excellent. Once the new Rosa metro line opens in early 2026 it will be super well connected.

Comfortable apartment with underground parking

Pros: The apartment was spacious, comfortable and air-conditioned, and the parking space in the underground garage was a bonus. Although there is a lot of construction work taking place opposite the apartment we couldn't hear it when the windows and shutters were closed.

Cons: The apartment building was extremely difficult to find because of the roadworks and the construction of the new Metro station taking place opposite. Despite asking a policeman for directions we got lost and couldn't work out where we were (the road signs are impossible to read when you're on a motorbike!) Although the host tried to give us directions by phone she eventually had to get in her car and come to find us so we could follow her. We later found out that we had we been parked outside the apartment in the first place.

Pros: Easy to find, good parking place, nice host, good communication. Not far from city center.

Cons: It was not mentioned that there is a large construction site in front of the building where work continued day and night. With closed windows it was not a problem.

I'll repeat it.

Pros: The location and the price were very good. As a plus, for me, was the apartment parking spot in the garage. Marília, the Host was very nice and it was waiting for us right on the time scheduled.

Great vacation in north Portugal.

Pros: Tidy, sunny, clean apartment. Underground garage for a car. Perfect location.

Cons: It is a pity that in front of the building there is construction work day and night.

Pros: Lovely large flat in a great location to explore Porto. All facilities that you could with for! Communication with the host was fantastic.

Cons: There were no faults.

Pros: The host was really nice and helpful - she provided us lots of information on our check-in date, both about the accommodation and the surrounding. The flat is quite big and equipped with everything what we needed (also a washing machine and air conditioning). It was clean. It has a good location, bus stops are almost in front of the building, so you can reach the city center in around 10-15 minutes. Metro station is in 10-15 minutes on foot. The flat has an underground, free parking place we could use.

Cons: There is a construction site in front of the building, so it is a bit noisy during a day (if you have windows open; if closed - it was rather ok). Nevertheless, we didn't spend much time inside, so it was not a big issue.

Pros: Location is good, it was quiet . We appreciated the port and Portuguese tarts, the host was very inf6

Cons: I felt that the bed was too hard for my liking, even though there was tea and coffee making facilities there was no tea or coffee, also no shampoo body wash

Pros: The location is great and the host Alexandra always was available and responsive

Lugar com ótimo custo/benefício.

Pros: Localização muito boa, com garagem, possui tudo o que se precisa em uma casa. Em frente ao flat há uma obra do metro, mas com a janela fechada não se houve nada. Quarto com cama confortável e grande, sala com bom espaço.

Cons: Tem 2 elevadores, mas infelizmente só um funciona com acesso a garagem. Acaba atrapalhando um pouco.
