Pros: Excellent location, very clean, the facility is very very good, Rafael very nice guy, he explained every deatail. This place is highly recommended, bery well kept.

A great location for getting around Porto and a very helpful host.

Pros: Spacious. Kitchen facilities were very good. Location was very central. Parking under the building and the hosts were very helpful in getting us into the parking area which was very tight. We would not have managed without his assistance.

Cons: À possible concern about the shower over the bath. Might be difficult if someone has mobility issues. Also lots of shampoo but not conditioner for washing hair. Body wash for showering would be better than small soap. Lighting in rooms could be brighter.

Pros: The apartment was clean, nicely equipped and decorated, just 200m from Sao Bento train station. Even though the streets below were busy with tourists and traffic the apartment was well insulated and quiet. The host was there when we arrived and everything worked great: TV, kitchen, wifi. There is a partial view of Porto Cathedral, enough to see if it was busy or not. For location, most things to do and see involve a walk toward the river, but part of the fun.

Cons: No access to clothes washer, I think it was behind a locked door. No big deal though.

Pros: PERFECT location. very spacious flat with a good design to enjoy the flat and has everything we could possibly need for a stay! also a very nice host welcomed us too

As central a location as you can get.

Pros: The property was in an excellent location, perfect for seeing everything and easy access once there. The parking was a short block away and very secure. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi were great.

Cons: Meeting our host was stressful but turned out ok. You arrive in the busiest area of Porto with a car and there is no place to stop to go and ring the bell for the apartment. We did one drive by and on our second pass one of our party jumped out while we parked in tuk tuk bay. Our host was able to jump in our car and then take us to the parade. I guess I would have had a better plan or the number of the host and not the main office. That way we could have alerted him and it would have been easier. The only other issue was the hide a bed kept coming apart each time you tried to get in or out. If I had had to sleep on the hide a bed I may have given it one lower score. If there are just 2 people it’s perfect.
