Very pleasant stay

Pros: I liked the quietness of the area and the appartment was very spacious. We liked the nice bottle of wine that was left for us!

Great location, spacious and very clean apartment. Perfect for family stay.

Pros: Great location, spacious and very clean apartment. The number of rooms was perfect for our family, with the kitchen and laundry arrangements included.

Cons: The elevator did not work, so that was not good for our 4th floor apartment. And the price for Pet fees was too high for only 2 nights, we paid 145 euros, too much, and it should have been communicated in the description.

Pros: The apartment is big and well organised, very clean and comfortable.

Cons: The additional charges for the pet are very high (and not mention anywhere before the booking). The rooms located above the main street remains noisy ( despite the windows being efficient). Parking is an issue

Pros: L'emplacement et appartements avec une bonne superficie.

Cons: La vétusté de certains appareils, cafetière en panne. Une fenêtre ne s'ouvrait plus et descriptif des appartements pas tout à fait conforme. Nous nous attendions à des terrasses comme mentionné mais pas de terrasse dans les appartements.

Pros: La ubicación maravillosa. Las camas eran muy cómodas, así como el sofá. En general, estaba todo muy bien. Es una zona muy ajetreada con mucho movimiento, pero no se oía nada por que las ventanas estaban nuevas y cerraban perfectamente. Estaba muy bien insonorizado.

Cons: La lavadora funcionaba pero soltaba agua. Teníamos lavavajillas pero tuvimos que comprar detergente para este, porque no había. Unas tijeras serían muy necesarias.

Pros: ubicacion muy buena cerca de subte, el dto. muy amplio y comodo, supermercado cerca

Pros: Localização boa, zona calma, apartamento suficiente para um grupo de amigos

Cons: A limpeza poderia ser melhor,, o chão da cozinha parecia gordurento, a loiça estava arrumada mas não estava bem lavada e o exaustor estava cheio de gordura.
