Pros: Location was fantastic, would recommend as close to metro and everything is short walk away. Apartment is fully equipped best I've seen and even suitable for kids.
Cons: Constant damp smell but humidifier is provided which did keep me awake

Da Home Porto must stay in Porto
Pros: Great location with the added bonus of the external courtyard. Facilities on offer were great and communication from the owner was excellent.
Cons: Minor criticism was that it was a bit noisy at certain times of the evening and early mornings.

Pros: Amazing apartment, was the perfect first stop for us on our Portugal trip. It is well equipped, we made a lovely breakfast and had great afternoon drinks on the patio. Check-in were easy and location was perfect!

Pros: Perfect stay. The apartment had everything you could need, including very good aircon which was a godsend. It was centrally located but still quiet and peaceful, and the bed was so comfortable that i slept like a baby every night. The outside space was lovely, it gets the sun all morning through to the afternoon, perfect for an alfresco breakfast. The staff were so helpful too, always on hand when needed. Will definitely stay here again when I'm in Porto. 10 / 10.

Pros: Everything was great, possibility to reach out to the hosts 24/7, smooth communications regarding check in and out. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Great location.
Cons: The humidity was very high like in most of the old buildings in Porto city center. The apartment had a dehumidifier to compensate for it though.

Great location, loved outdoor space, fab!
Pros: Location was excellent. Quiet street and quiet inside but a couple of minutes to restaurants and bars. Air-conditioning great. Washing machine bonus. Communication was excellent. Outside space was lovely for sunbathing and table and chairs to sit and have a drink and/or meal Would highly recommend
Cons: Not a dislike but the addition of milk - long life would be fine (there was coffee but no milk). Also, little touch of oil for cooking if you wanted to and maybe a couple of bottles of water for arrival. Extras of a mini port or some fruit or something as a welcome for stays of a week or more.....

We absolutely loved our stay in Porto, the fact that we were able to walk to restaurants and bars from the apartment was
Pros: The property is in a great location very close to all amenities, restaurants, bars, cafes, places of interest and all public forms of transport. It is a city where a car is not necessary. Transport links are good and taxis are reasonable The apartment is very clean and comfortably furnished, good bed, a great shower and excellent wifi. The outside space is a massive bonus.,such a comfort after sightseeing all day to return to the apartment and just relax in the garden with a glass of chilled wine. We also had breakfast most mornings in the garden. The staff of Pinheiro are very friendly and helpful. We had a few issues when we first arrived which were dealt with very quickly and sensitively.
Cons: The apartment does not have a dishwasher or oven, therefore for us it did limit the full use of the apartment in terms of cooking. It does have a microwave and hob which were useful. In fairness the kitchen is well serviced with all the essential equipment pots,pans,crockery, cutlery etc.
