Pros: Located in the center of Porto, on the famous pedestrian street Santa Catarina, the apartment offers everything for a perfect stay: ample space, comfortable beds, kitchen equipped with everything you need, supermarket 1 min walk away. The most important tourist attractions are within short walking distance. I recommend it to everyone visiting Porto, a beautiful city!
Cons: More attention to cleaning the kitchen hood area...but this has not diminished the overall quality

Enjoyable easy to get around in safe area.
Pros: Location, clean, good communication from owner, roomy. Good layout well equipped. Secure entry and key pad very good.
Cons: No instructions for appliances - hob, cooker. The laminate floor needed some attention worn and marked badly.

Excellent location and huge space for the price, but could benefit from some TLC
Pros: The location was excellent and very central, literally STEPS from the metro station, and right on the main shopping street in Porto. The host was very quick to reply when I got there, as I had not realized a door code was needed to get in (no fault of theirs, but for some reason messages weren't coming through on Booking.com or the app and only in email). The room was massive and bright, and had everything you need with glasses, plates, cutlery, etc, etc. Views from the front windows were amazing, providing front-row seats to the Sao Joao festivities and parade!
Cons: Unfortunately the unit wasn't well cleaned, with sticky floors quickly making white socks black. There was grime/soap scum on the bathroom cabinet, soap pump, and toilet roll holder, and black mold all over the shower hose. Chrome in the shower and the shower glass was wiped down but were both covered in dirty streaks - same as the kitchen appliances. There was also a blob of black hair/dirt on the floor where the couch had been dragged. Windows are older and do not adequately insulate from street noise that happens all day and into the night from the large number of people shopping, as well as street singers and performers in front of the unit. I used earplugs to sleep. Not shown in photos, floorboards are quite badly water-damaged along the front wall in the dining and surrounding area (it seeps in from the front stone wall), and there is a lot of black (mold?) on the stone under the windows.

Hospedagem perfeita!
Pros: Localização. Pesquisei muito e hoje, depois de ter voltado, tenho certeza que escolhi a melhor localização possível. Perto de tudo. Rua movimentada, perto do mercado do Bolhão, perto do metro. Super tranquilo para chegar e sair a qualquer horário. Hospedagem tinha tudo que eu precisava.
Cons: Só descobri no segundo dia, depois de ver um vizinho, que existe uma tomada que acende a luz dos corredores. Primeiro dia usei a lanterna do celular para circular. Já havia visto uma reclamação aqui sobre isso e não tinha resposta, mas lá vi que ao chegar no prédio e abrir a porta, tem essa tomada e ao sair do apartamento também.

Pros: Excelente localização. Cozinha bem equipada com equipamentos e utensilios. Camas confortáveis. Apto bem funcional.

Pros: Da localização . Fica perto do mercado do Bolhão, na rua de Santa Catarina. Tem estação de metrô bem perto e uma manteigaria em frente ao apartamento
Cons: Se eu precisasse de algo, não tem nenhum funcionário para pedir ajuda.

Pros: Um cômodo só , mas tudo bem novo e confortável. Ideal para um casal com filhos ou amigos e familiares

Pros: Una ubicación fantástica, muy espacioso, cómodo e insonorizado. Muy buena comunicación con la persona encargada.
Cons: Le añadiría un par de detalles como un espejo extra fuera del baño y unas cápsulas de café para el desayuno.

Muy agradable
Pros: La situación y la insonorización del apartamento. El mando de la tele no funcionaba y me lo solucionaron en el momento. Muy buena la estancia la verdad. Lo recomiendo.
Cons: Había poca luz en el baño, pero algo no relevante.
