Pros: The property was nice, very clean and spacious. We had access to two bathrooms and a balcony at the front and back of the property. The hosts were very responsive and dealt with requests quickly. The location is a little out of the main central area but is walkable, and is surrounded by shops and restaurants, including the food court. The property also has access to buses and metro. We preferred this area to the centre as it was quieter and more spacious. Overall we found this perfect for our stay and would have happily stayed longer.
Cons: It was advertised as having 2 double beds and a sofa bed, but the sofa bed does actually come with an additional fee. They set up the bed for you to use, but it does mean that there is no sofa (there are still chairs and table). There is also building work directly next to the apartment, which is obviously not their fault, but something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper, or like to be in the house during the day.

Pros: Very spacious apartment, great view, great location. Value for money is excellent
Cons: Some furniture in the appartment was broken (chair in the living room, light water leak in the bathroom), but nothing horrible

Pros: The comfort of the beds, location and facilities in the room. The support team also excelent.
Cons: The neighbours when leaving the apartments in the early mornings, disrupting the sleep. Should have a sign reminding of not to make noise.

Pros: Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Highly recommended if you are travelling with an elderly within family members. The location is perfect. Near to the supermarket, mall and convenient to go to the main popular attractions. Staff is friendly and reply to your queries promptly.

6 nights in Porto
Pros: The apartment is a very high standard. It is spacious and is well equipped with quality appliances. The location is good - near a great foodhall, supermarket and metro. After we booked, we were advised about noise from construction works. Work on the red line metro is directly behind the apartment. However this did not disturb us at all.
Cons: Only 2 dishwasher tablets for 6 nights. A USB charging point would have been useful. It would have been good to get confirmation that guests had all been registered during the booking process. I didn't hear anything and emailed to ask when the door code would be arriving.

Pros: Well decorated and kept. Good location for parking at Brasilia car park, good price.
Cons: There were no tea towels or oven gloves. Unfortunately the area and in particular this street has numerous homeless people sleeping rough with the accompanying stench that follows as they relieve themselves in situ. However they did not bother us as we passed by. Somebody in one of the apartments above would throw their cigarette butts over the balcony. On two occasions I picked them up as I did not want the property company thinking they were mine.

Perfect stay in a beautifully designed apartment
Pros: We had an amazing stay! The apartment was exceptionally well decorated, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with a great sense of taste. It offered full comfort with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large living area. All facilities and amenities were available — everything we needed was there. The check-in process was very smooth and easy, and the host was always available and responsive, making communication effortless. The location was excellent — within walking distance to all major attractions and tourist spots, with shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. Overall, the apartment was exactly as described and truly worth the price we paid. I would definitely recommend it and stay here again!
