Pros: The person who met us on arrival was right on time an excellent. She showed us where to park and helped us with our bags up to the room. She was very passionate about her city and made many recommendations which worked out well. The building looks like old commercial office space on the outside but inside it is very nicely refurbished as a large apartment and it is very quiet. It does have a washer/dryer but those sort of dryers are pretty slow so we hung our clothes on the rack under the heat pump. The bed was good and the sofa bed very good. Whilst the location is a bit out from the centre, the local street on the downward side is full of cafes and shops. The cafe downhill in the street called Early is excellent. It is only about 600m to the tram or the top of the old town. People have complained about the parking in the building but I had no problem.

Cons: The location and building are a little on the negative side and the view was of the buildings flat roof. But minor points really. It is not really single bedroom as there is no wall between bedroom and living area (was open wooden bars), so no privacy which is a little awkward with our adult son but we managed.

Pros: We enjoyed our trip to Porto through this apartment. It has a convenient location, was very comfortable to rest in and we found it well furnished.

Cons: Bit of noise coming in from the corridor as neighbours come and go

It was one of the best properties we have stayed at in Europe

Pros: Honestly, we had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, modern, and very well equipped. Alfonso is a very kind and helpful man, and the owner was attentive to every detail and need regarding our stay. They are generous and professional people. The location was great — just a short walking distance to all the main attractions. It’s a quiet and safe area, perfect for families with kids. Thank you all for meeting Booking's standards as a host and for contributing to our wonderful vacation in Porto. We will definitely come back!

Excellent Appartment

Pros: It is very nice apartment, well-equipped with everything one might need, making the stay incredibly convenient and comfortable. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional care provided by Benedita. Her commitment to guest satisfaction is evident, and he made the experience truly memorable.

Pros: Un appartement très agréable, calme, une place de parking bien sécurisée. Un hote plus que disponible, et très bienveillant. Vraiment une super expérience que je recommande ! Merci Afonso pour ton accueil !

Ha sido mucho mejor de lo que previsto

Pros: Lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda. Cómodo, muy cómodo, limpio, plaza de garaje inmejorable y la ubicación para poder visitar Oporto caminando a 10 min de la Torre de Los Clérigos y 17 minutos de la Ribeira (comprobados) Restaurantes, supermercado y tiendas cercanos. Ayuntamiento, Mercado del Bolho o Fábrica de Natas a 15 min. No obstante lo mejor fue Afonso, chaval joven y trabajador que nos hizo unas recomendaciones que sumadas a nuestras notas sobre la ciudad han hecho hayan sido 4 días de cine. Sobretodo el local de Fado, tradicional no de turisteo, en el que cenas y disfrutamos de una velado soberbia. Y que decir de la relación calidad precio de este alojamiento, ha sido sencillamente perfecto. En fin que repetiremos.

Pros: Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und bietet genügend Platz an. Falls man mit dem Auto unterwegs sein sollte, gibt es einen Garagenplatz. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage.

Pros: Muy bien situado, cerca del centro. El apartamento reformado, muy confortable y bien equipado para pasar unos días.

Un sitio perfecto para visitar el centro de Oporto

Pros: Nos encantó todo, el apartamento, el centro a pie en 15 minutos, supermercado cerca, el trato con Alfonso y Rodrigo muy bueno, siempre muy atentos, recomendado sitios de comer bien en Oporto y sitios que visitar, muchas gracias por todo.

Cons: Todo perfecto.

Boa localização

Pros: O apartamento era ótimo e bem equipado, mas o prédio super antigo e o acesso ao elevador que vai ao subsolo as vzs era difícil. O anfitrião Miguel é muito atencioso.
