Pros: It has an excellent location, close to all the main tourist attractions, and everything was spotless and clean. Upon arrival, we found a bottle of wine and biscuits from Porto as a welcome gift, which was a lovely touch that we loved. It also had everything you could possibly need. I would definitely stay there again. It was a wonderful experience to stay in such a stylish place where attention is paid to every detail.

Amazed by the value for money

Pros: Best property for money/value I've ever stayed in. The property was in a perfect central location, spotless clean, furnished with all the necessities possible (even an umbrella!!!) and with a simple but perfect decoration. Upon arrival a bottle of wine and biscuits were left waiting for us on the table. Condiments, coffee, tea, toiletries, and dishwashing stuff were neatly provided too!

Cons: First time ever not having a single negative comment even if I tried to. Maybe the walls could be a bit more soundproof, minor noises could be heard sometimes coming from others in the building, but in our top floor flat this was not an issue at all and we slept like babies.

Worth to stay, pretty good option!

Pros: Warm and comfortable, have everything inside, near attractions

Cons: A lot of stairs, shower water went cold pretty quick (second person went in), Tv connection was not very stable

Pros: Modern appartement, perfect location - every important place was close to it. Charming presents from the owner as a welcome. Good contact with the owner. Every important equipment works properly.

Cons: The only thing we could want in this appartement is bigger window

Very good stay with some minor negatives

Pros: Amazing location, in the city center. Seems to be newly renovated with good taste. Pretty street too. The water pressure in the shower is absolutely perfect. Big italian shower too. Body wash and shampoo available. Comfortable mattress/ bed and pillows. New appliances, which was nice. Great wifi connection. Thoughtful welcome gifts that were enjoyable. Surprisingly very nice books available in the room and in the ground floor area. Big wardrobes with enough clothes hanger for us two. Beautiful wood. Well enough electric outlets in the apartment. Electric system to cover the windows, very nice. Big counter to cook and eat. Practical small packets of salt, pepper, olive oil, a little bit of tea and coffee and one tablet for the dishwasher. Very good price overall ! We had a great stay despite some minor negatives detailed under.

Cons: Very noisy, we didn’t have that many problems with it in our room (#202) until somebody entered the room on top of ours, it wasn’t unlivable but definitely annoying sometimes. You can hear from the room at all times people coming in and out of the complex and what they’re talking about in the hallway. We felt bad for the people staying in room #101 right next to the front door that is very loud. I would advise people to take their earplugs, but we didn’t personally have trouble sleeping at night (we are very deep sleepers). The bathroom didn’t have enough hooks or space to lay both our towels and i had to hang mine in the living room for it to dry and put one on a clothes hanger. Some of the renovations feel visually rushed, like the place isn’t fully ready to welcome people yet. But it wasn’t much of a problem to us. Pretty small and uncomfortable couch, and to broadcast things on the TV, you have to pretty much connect randomly to every TV in the apartment complex until you find yours, because all the TVs are named the same (same model). We also had people connecting to our TV, while they were trying to find theirs. We would have enjoyed a little more toilet paper for our 5 days stay. The negatives, to us, do not overshadow the positives at all, we had a great stay, but it is important mentioning, especially for sound sensitive people.

Wonderful

Pros: These are the most modern apartments I've ever stayed in. Clean, modern, with so many appliances, more than I have at home. Everything is made to be comfortable, the bed is just what you need for a comfortable stay.

Cons: This was not the case.

It was perfect.

Pros: How they offer everything you need to cook and clean.

Cons: There was no indication that the codes to the room / building change every day.

Bel appartement au centre de la Ribeira

Pros: La situation géographique, la propreté, l'équipement, la qualité de la literie, les dosettes pour les premiers emplois en cuisine , la vue sur Porto, nous étions au dernier étage

Cons: L'escalier est assez raide, nous étions au dernier étage. Rien pou étaler du petit linge à sécher, il y a pourtant un fer et une planche à repasser

Mejor imposible!

Pros: Todo! Apartamento impecable, con todo lo necesario, precioso, con mucha luz natural, y detalle de bienvenida. Acceso fácil con código. Muy céntrico, puedes ir andando a los puntos de interés. ¡Repetiríamos una y mil veces más!

Perfecto!

Pros: Nos encantó el apartamento: amplio, nuevo, muy bien equipado y bonito. En cuanto a la ubicación, también perfecta. Cerca de todos los puntos de interés de la ciudad.

Cons: El baño podía tener un mueble para apoyar los neceseres y la diferencia entre el suelo del baño y la ducha es muy poca y el agua se salía
