Pros: The view was amazing, and location couldn't be better. Everything you need is near, stores, restaurants, the river and first of all, many of all the historical buildings and places. You can go everywhere by bus or metro, or tram, public transportation is very good and near. From window you see the river Douro, beautiful buildings and bridges, nearest is Ponte de Dom Luis. The apartment was very cozy and beautiful. We couldn't be more happier about it, and we are already planning the next trip to Porto. We will book the same apartment.

Excellent location & great unit with views overlooking the Douro.

Pros: Ideal location, only a couple of minutes from the waterfront. The apartment is outstanding, exactly as it shows in the photos online. Apartment was clean & had everything you could possibly need. Washing machine in unit is a bonus. Communication with host was super easy. Highly recommend & would not hesitate to stay here again if we are ever lucky enough to get back to Porto.

Great base for exploring the city. The view from the 4th floor over the river was a huge plus.

Pros: Great location just a stones throw from the Douro. We had a very nice view from the fourth floor overlooking the river and the Gaia bank. Clean and fresh. All the basic facilities we needed, no more, no less.

Cons: Bed is basically a cot and can’t be described as comfortable. A better bed would really raise the apt a notch. Sofa bed was OK.

Porto was beautiful and the apartment was perfect for the two of us.

Pros: Great location. Secure entry. Beautiful apartment. Beautiful views of the Douro River. Host was very quick to respond to issue with the espresso machine and replaced it same day with a new one. Kitchen was well appointed and supplied. Towels and linens were comfortable. We would stay here again.

Cons: We are 70 years old and found the bed was a bit difficult for us to get in and out of. It is on floor level not on a raised platform. Adding a headboard would help and placing the bed on a platform.
