Cozy place
Pros: Apartment IRL looks better, than on photos. Cozy place, well designed. Location is good, maybe 15 min by feet to the center. Special thanks for the bottle of sparkling wine left in the fridge! I would also recommend a place to eat in 2 min from apartment called Churrasqueira Paraíso 1—I had best chicken in my whole life. Just in case of late arrival.
Cons: There's an issue with sink in the bathroom—water was not going down well. And in the room was a bit cold (we were lucky to catch coldest days in Porto), but air conditioning was doing it's job.

Very happy with this choice. Would rent it again.
Pros: The location is great, not too far from the center if you're up for walking up and down the hill. Very agreeable price for what you get. Easy key pickup instructions. Nice bathroom. Good A/C as well. A nice porch. Quite alright bed. Very well covered in facilities; fridge, oven, coffee maker, staff blender, knives and forks, plates and glasses, etc. . Some nice goodwill from the hosts: a bottle of prosecco, tea and biscuits.
Cons: Could have been cleaned a little bit more thoroughly before arrival. Nothing serious, just some corners and surfaces here and there.

Pros: Beautiful loft, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, a small space that is very well and smartly organized and decorated - functional space.. Definitely a recommendation for two people.
Cons: There is no elevator, but it is not a big problem if the luggage is not big and heavy.

Great apartment and excellent location!
Pros: Excellent location - very close to the yellow metro line that goes to the city centre and Villa Nova de Gaia. Or a 30 min walk downhill to the river. There is a supermarket one metro stop up. The apartment is very cosy and comfortable - we found everything we needed for a 4 night stay. It has a full equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, a stylish bathroom with a shower, a lounge area, a wardrobe and a balcony. The apartment is new and modern, and with lovely details. Keep in mind that this is a loft, accessible only by stairs, but after a couple of days walking in Porto, it feels like nothing 😄 Recommended!

Wonderful stay!
Pros: Amazing loft! So beautiful. The bed is extremely comfortable and the balcony is nice.
Cons: The sink in the bathroom was not going down very well, so we had to use the kitchen sink! Also, keep in mind it is on the top floor.

Nice apartment for a couple
Pros: The apartment is perfect for a couple. The apartment has one room, which combines a kitchen, living room and bedroom, as well as a small balcony where you can sit in the morning sun. Mostly all tourist attractions are within a 20-minute walk. Various nice restaurants and bars are also nearby.
Cons: It would have been useful to have a full-length mirror somewhere in the apartment near the wardrobe. It is also very necessary to have a shelf in the bathroom where you can place your cosmetics.

Pros: You can find there everything that you could neeed for a longer stay (I stayed here for 10 days). I personally spend my workation days at this studio apartment and felt like at home:) cozy,warm,sunny,kitchen has all you need to make some breakfast with toasts or smoothies (there is a blender). Location is perfect because you live close to the city centre but not in the most busiest streets so you do not have noise from outside. I would definitely will come back here someday:) Oh, almost forgot. Most sweetest thing was that I found some snacks, champagne and coffee for my first day,it was such a nice surprise 🫠☺️
