Marques Garden with PARKING

Pros: Great location with restaurants near by, parking near by and the train station.

Good option if you have a car

Pros: Newly renovated and clean. Covered and safe parking one minute away. We only took the metro once when it rained but it's very close and convenient. Otherwise you can reach the centre in 15-20 Min on foot. Clear check-in information and very communicative host.

Cons: The flat unfortunately smells of mould/humid and the smell stuck to our clothes. There were anti-mould/smell devices (including in the wardrobe) but you could still smell it. I'd recommend adding a few more hooks in the bathroom as there were only three. As it's an apartment for 4, there is not enough space to hang things in the bathroom. There was also no shower mat which made the floor very wet (and doesn't help with the smell).. While I appreciate it's an apartment and it's self catering, a bottle of water and shower gel would be nice touches for those who chekin late and don't have the opportunity to buy these things prior to check in. There were hand bar soaps and hand gel so you can potentially use those if needed. Receiving all check-in information just before you check in can be tricky if you don't have internet or if you are travelling and are unable to check your phone on a regular basis. However the host was always very responsive so we didn't have any issues.

Pros: Good localization, free parking, spacy apartment with everything you need in place.

Cons: It's very little natural light inside as there is only one window with patio view in the living room. But apart from that everything was great!

Pros: The apartment is well maintained and located right across a metro station, that easily took us to the center of Porto.

Cons: We chose this apartment for its free parking offer. We later discovered that it requires advance reservation, and it was already booked by someone else. Therefore, we had to pay additional fee for the parking. Note to set the parking in advance to avoid the extra payment.

Pros: Todo perfecto 👌 de 10, las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas. Es un buen lugar para descansar y desde ese punto conocer la ciudad. Todo lo tienes a la mano.

Excelente vão sem medo fiquei no apto 04, silenciosa, confortável limpa e cheirosa.

Pros: Localização mesmo ao pé do metro e a escassos passos do centro do porto, comodidades mesmo a beira do quarto, excelente recomendo, apartamento amplo e comfortável, realmente gostamos muito.

Cons: um parque mesmo a porta ou a devolução do cartão do parque ter que tirar o carro do parque dependendo do dia pode ser uma chatice, como o meu foi ao sabado foi sem stress estacionar no entorno para devover o cartão minha sugestão pensar em algo mais fácil, foi a única cena não digo negativa mas uma chatice. Mais uma sugestão tapete na porta de entraa para limpar os pés e secar os calçados ;-)

Apartamento cercano al centro muy bien equipado.

Pros: La ubicación del apartamento esta muy bien y dentro las instalaciones estan muy bien equipadas.

Cons: Si no se airea un poco el apartamento huele a humedad.

Super recomendo se hospedar Marques Parque.tudo que precisamos está alguns metros, padaria, etc

Pros: Localização muito boa, próxima da estação do metrô, embora não haja necessidade para ir ao centro da cidade, apenas alguns minutos caminhando. Estacionamento próximo para quem aluga carro.

Excellent apartment

Pros: Apt was very comfortable. Nice dark bedroom and very comfortable bed. Very quiet. We'll supplied with equipment for cooking simple meals. Nice restaurants nearby. Very short walk to Marques metro station for short trip to Centro or Vila Nova de Gaia. We will stay there anytime we come to Porto! Also parking very nearby.

Cons: We liked everything!

Perfecto para visitar Oporto

Pros: Apartamentos totalmente nuevos y bien equipados. Cerca de la estación de metro y con buen parking incluido, no necesitas más el coche.

Cons: Nada, todo genial.
