Excellent stay in good location - very comfortable and clean apartment.

Pros: The apartment itself was very neat, clean and comfortable. The check in process was very easy. The staff was very easy to contact via email and they responded very quickly. They provided the codes to access the building and apartment so was very easy to get in. Lovely apartment!

Modern and clean apartment in quiet location.

Pros: Quiet location, room was clean and spacious, good kitchen facilities. Location was a bit of a walk to the tourist areas, but not too far and plenty of nice cafes and other stores like laundromats nearby.

Cons: Stairs are a bit rough on the top floor, be warned! Would have been nice to have a washing machine in the apartment due to the size it could fit in the kitchen.

Pleasant stay in Porto

Pros: Clean, peaceful neighborhood, apartment had all necessary equipment

Cons: Apartment is fully renovated but it is in an old building and it has wooden squeaky floors. In the apartment next door there was a family with a child who kept running and walking nonstop and it was a bit annoying because we heard every step while trying to get good night sleep.

Pros: The apartment is very beautiful, luminous and clean. There was lot of space and also a table with chairs near the windows was awesome! The position is perfect, near to the city center and with many option for restaurants and bar. They also provide a parking place upon reservation and payment, for us was very helpful. Communication with the staff was clear and quickly, we did check-in /check-out independently, our experience was very pleasant!

Cons: Only negative aspect was the fact that the bed was not a double one

Pros: Our apartment was very clean, and well equipped. The location is great, easy reach from the center and main attraction while being in a more quiet neighborhood. The view on the back garden was super charming.

Cons: The main issue was the noise: very squeaky hardwood floors, big constructions in the house next door.. quite difficult to get a late morning.
