Oporto Medusa Apartment

Excellent apartment, excellent value for money, excellent host.

Pros: A very modern and well furnished apartment. Extremeny clean with excellent facilities. The host was always available if needed. A well stocked supermarket 50 metres away and a bustling shopping area very close. All museums and visitors' sites are all within a 30 minute walk, however the public transport system looks excellent. Thank you, Teresa.

Cons: Certainly not a problem for ourselves but the apartment would not be suitable for guests with any mobility problems as the apartment is on the second floor without a lift. The stairs to the mezzanine bedroon floor would be tricky.

Fabulous apartment

Pros: The apartment is stunning. Big enough for a small family. There is nothing else to say. I would have no hesitation in staying here again. Thankyou. The owner is lovely. She even insisted in driving to sort out an issue with the TV. My mistake, but coming out at 9pm is going above and beyond.

Cons: Nothing.

The perfect spot in Porto

Pros: A perfect place to stay when visiting Porto. The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable, has great furnishings & incredible art. Some folk mentioned the low ceiling in the bedroom which is accurate but if you’re careful, there’s plenty of storage space up there, if you’re clumsy like me, it might be better to leave your belongings downstairs. The bed was super comfy, which when travelling is a must, the kitchen was well equipped if you fancy cooking, but with so many wonderful eateries close by why bother? I would say, that if you’re not a fan of hotels (I’m not) like to spread out, want to be close to the city but not so close it’s overwhelming, this could be place for you. Enjoy. Also, visit Època for brunch, our favourite place to eat for sure.

Pros: Location was great. A short walk to the main shopping street and supermarkets. Plenty of restaurants close by.

Pros: Modern & fresh accommodation. We enjoyed our stay here

Cons: A little out of town if walking but a cheap Uber does the trick. If you are mobility restricted this is no place for you.

Spacious apartment with good facilities

Pros: Spacious with good facilities, having a washer/dryer handy for a longer stay. Good kitchen for preparing meals and a good sitting area for relaxing.

Cons: Low beam on one side of the bed

porto is fabulous the accommodation is modern fun and experience for couples that want a real Portuguese experience

Pros: great location and neighbourhood near to Patisserie and super market good facilities …like dishwasher washing machine lots of hot water and good internet full size fridge

Cons: loft layout…. upstairs can be awkward

Beautiful apartment, very clean and great location

Pros: Fabulous apartment, spotlessly clean. Very spacious with plenty of room for the two of us. Well resourced kitchen. Great location with easy walking distance into the main parts of town but set back on a quiet street.

Cons: It was quite warm in the apartment in early June. We made the most of the breeze and used the fans which made it okay. The bed was hot with a duvet so ideally a top sheet would be provided as an alternative.
