Pros: Spacious , comfortable well equipped apartment. About a 30-40 minute walk to the centre of Porto. On a bus route. Close to bakery, cafe’s and small supermarket.
Cons: Little bit of road noise but not too disturbing. We had to park our car in a Car park about 20 minute walking distance. Plenty of Metered parking during the day. Parking in street only free over night.

Pros: The house is very spacious and clean. The location is 10/10, there is also supermarket in 5-10min walking distance. Everything is available, including washing machine and laundry soap, dishwasher soap, trashbag, and all cleaning supplies you will need during your stay. They also even have Netflix. Once we arrived, bed are also already set for 4 people, we didn't have to set ourselves. They gave towels too. Although Rome was super hot during our stay, the house feels cold and comfy. Very recommended!
Cons: Nothing important I can think of. Maybe the laundry rack is a bit too small for 4 people, but we managed by using hangers for our washed clothes. And perhaps a water-heater and some basic spices (salt/pepper/oil) would be useful! :)

Cons: in general, I liked everything, but something impressed me and it is not very comfortable in the bathroom, the aspiration does not work. It is a bit strange, but everything is okay, the apartment is great

Cons: Si tengo que encontrarle algo negativo es que no tenia ascensor y si tienes problemas para subir escaleras no te lo recomendaria.

Pros: Die Lage war toll und die Ausstattung ist sehr schön. Alles sehr modern. Eine schöne helle Wohnung. Gute Ausstattung in der Küche. Große Räume.
Cons: Der Schlüssel an der Tür hakt doll. Am Anfang dachten wir, wir stehen vor der falschen Tür. Die Dusche braucht etwas, bis sie warm wird. Bett quietscht etwas.

Bien, bon logement malgré l' éloignement et la rue.
Pros: Logement conforme à l' annonce, assez bien équipé bien que pouvant être amélioré, spacieux et clair. Deux chambres confortables, literie bien, exposées côté rue fréquentée mais le bruit s'estompe en soirée. Emplacement à dix minutes à pied de la station de Métro Marques qui vous mène dans le centre en quatre arrêts. A proximité de supérette et de café pâtisserie à visiter. Un bon logement pour quatre pour la semaine.
Cons: Un peu plus d' ustensiles de cuisine, un petit déjeuner pour le matin du lendemain de l'arrivée tardive. Des torchons pour la vaisselle. Bref, pas grand chose, mais bien utile.
