Pros: Spacious, clean, very comfortable, well equipped and quiet yet close to the centre.

Cons: No hairdryer, no bowls for cereal.

Pros: Clean & location is near to all major attractions (10 to 15?min walk)

Cons: Probably is the main entrance door to the main building which was slight faulty and need a hard push but not a major concern.

Super acolhedora.

Pros: A casa é muito acolhedora. Super limpa. Tem todas as condições para estar em família ou com amigos. A localização também é excelente. Rapidamente se chega a zonas para se poder comer, inclusive tem uma farmácia perto, o que por vezes também pode dar jeito.

Cons: Gostamos de tudo. Tanto é que quando voltar ao Porto penso ficar no mesmo sítio.

Très cosy

Pros: Le confort de la literie, des assises du salon et leurs coussins velours fermes et doux, d’une belle cuisine équipée et les 2 salle d’eau fonctionnelles et propres. Le parquet en bois top et l’isolation phonique. Le wifi et Netflix. Les 2 supermarchés : Continente à 3 min à pied (à côté d'un KFC) et le Lidl à 9 min à pied. Non loin du Métro. Centre ville rapide vers le marché couvert mais pas typique Mercado Bolhao et la rue Santa Catarina très commerçante. (Précaution : Porto est une ville très escarpée avec trottoirs pavés un peu glissants = mettre des tennis anti-dérapantes)

Cons: Le manque d’information du fonctionnement de l’équipement ménager et de la TV. Manque de stores dans les pièces pour bien se protéger du soleil en journée et plonger les chambres dans le noir la nuit. Pourquoi les meubles de cuisine sont si hauts ? Manque une table pour la terrasse et son store améliore le vis-à-vis mais ne respire pas la santé. Et le point le plus important est l’escalier avec 3 marches très étroites qui ne permet pas une montée et descente aisées. Je mettrais également des portes coulissantes aux ouvertures du salon à la cuisine : juste fermer quand on fait la cuisine ou un lave-linge (durée 3 heures !). Manquait un tamis pour égoutter les pâtes et une paire de ciseaux.
