Pros: Everything was as expected - that was therefore perfect.

Pros: Thank you for a wonderful stay, the flat was very pleasant. Everything looked just like in the photos. The flat had all the everyday items we needed. Quick and easy access to the centre. I was surprised by the immediate attempts to help and answer my questions about my stay on WhatsApp. I recommend this place.

Porto

Pros: The place is very comfortable and at a useful location, only 5 minutes walk from nearest metro station. The neighbourhood has plenty of eating places and several supermarkets. So a place worth the money.

Cons: We reached the apartment, and the key supposed to be in the locker wasn't there. I phoned the company and the way they dealt with it wasn't very professional. We waited for morecthan two hours before somebody showed up with spare keys. Think the management of lovely stay should reflect a bit.

Great apartment, spacious new and nice location close to city.

Pros: Spacious apartment and great amenities. Renovated and nice interior.

Cons: Could provide more towels for longer stays and also some black mould in the bathroom and curtains in the bedroom.

Cons: I used a key locker for the first time – it wasn't intuitive for me; in the stairwell, there was a broken suitcase with clothes spilled out, and a musty smell on the enclosed balcony (probably partly due to it being used as a laundry area).

Pros: L établissement est très propre calme, l équipement est confortable. L appartement est parfaite pour un long séjour

Una estancia genial

Pros: El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado, no le falto detalle, tenia autobus y metro cerca.

Cons: Tenia un defecto, soy alergica al moho y el apartamento tenia moho, alrededor de las ventanas, rn la galeria y en la pared al lado de la cama, deberian de solucionarlo. No era gran cantidad pero me afecto. Tambien olia a humedad al entrar. Es una ciudad humeda, supongo que es normal que haya algo de humedades. Por lo demas nos encanto!

Pros: L’espace , l’équipement,confort ,calme ,l’immeuble, sécurisant, le personnel très rapide pour répondre à tous les besoins .

Comoda, romantica y segura

Pros: Me encanto la ubicación a solo treinta minutos andando del centro y sus alrededores estaban muy bonitos. La casa es preciosa el colchón muy cómodo y sinceramente es perfecto para una escapada romántica.

Cons: La verdad que la limpieza del baño daba un poco que desear sobre todo el plato de la ducha. La casa es bastante fria y solo tiene dos calefactores que para el cuarto si soluciona pero para comedor/cocina me parecieron un poco insuficientes. Y hubiera sido mejor si pondrían otro calefactor en el cuarto de baño.

Muy cómodo y nuevo

Pros: Muy nuevo, limpio y con todas las comodidades la verdad.

Cons: Por poner una pega, guarda mucho el calor y la ventana de la habitación no se abre bien y costaba mucho ventilarla.
