Great relaxing base to explore porto from

Pros: Good location, near nice bars and restaurants, close to trindade station for getting to and from airport Great check in and out experience Really lovely flat with balcony

Cons: It would have been great to have a little more of the basic kitchen supplies like oil, salt and pepper, sugar etc Its quite an uphill walk to get here from the river, not a problem for us, but something others might want to consider!

Pros: Beautiful apartment with everything you need fir a really comfortable stay in Porto.

Good value for money

Pros: Fantastic view, my favorite location close to everything, comfy bed, iron, hair dryer and other things you might need on a trip. Fantastic and helpful staff.

Cons: The floors and walls are so thin, that when the neighbour upstairs walks - it feels like they're walking inside your head. Note it's on the last floor with no elevator (but if you've been to Portugal before, you should be ready for this). The washing machine needs some upgrading, it's old and dirty and it's impossible to say how long it will take to wash.

Beautiful, cozy place-great balcony.

Pros: Location is great in an old apartment house in the middle of Porto, but not in the super busy by-the-river or nightclub area. There is alot of construction and we were warned about it, but once off the street, it was fine-I actually found the cranes zipping around interesting. The Balcony is great and the view is varied depending on the time of day-sun, rain, etc. We loved the open space. The bed is comfy and kitchen pretty well appointed (could use a dishcloth, salt and pepper) We were able to make breakfast and one dinner there. I like the layout and the big space.

Cons: Supposedly, I was to have gotten an email with instructions to a Welcome center which I never did find, so we spent quite a while hanging around the address (in a nearby bar). I really appreciate that after calling, they sent out a member of the staff to open the door. The welcome center is about 1/2 hr away, so we really needed this. I know the area pretty well and knew how to get to the apt. on foot and did not count on an added hike or taxi ride. Just make sure you know what the expectation is. My other gripe is there is not much sound proofing between floors and the other vacation rental in the building was upstairs and we had a stomper up there. I swear they were on the go all the time they were home. maybe wearing heels, too. Just luck of the draw, but I would hesitate to rent it again because I can put up with lot, but not stomping. Really nice otherwise.

Pros: The apartment was really lovely, and a lovely balcony too. It would be a little out from town I thought even though the add said it was right in the city but I am not 100% sure where the city starts. Overall I had a really nice stay. Great Facilities to cook etc.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like is having to pay €10.00 for my 10KG luggage at reception and €3.00 for a small bag pack to hold onto as I had a late flight.

Pros: Muy lindo departamento, grande y cómodo, la ubicación es genial, muy silencioso. Super recomendable

Pros: Merkeze yakın bir konumda cogu yere yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz, temizlik iyiydi kahve makinesi detayı iyiydi, yakındaki marketten kapsül kahve alıp yapabilirsiniz. Balkonu dar ama iki kişi için sorun olmaz

Cons: 3. Kat cıkıs biraz yorucu ama zemin kattan olmasından daha kötü değil. Yemek yapmak için malzemeler var ama temel yag tuz seker baharat olabilir, banyo iade eder yenilenmesi lazım

Un week-end per me

Pros: La comunicazione facilissima con Florencia che ha comunicato via Whatsapp sin dal mio arrivo a Porto, gentilissima e puntuale.

Cons: L'appartamento in sé è molto carino e le foto sul sito Booking rispettano la realtà. Tuttavia per come è fatto (presumibilmente) l'appartamento si trova in una palazzina abbastanza antica a ristrutturata ed evidentemente non sono stati insonorizzati gli ultimi piani per cui essendoci una mansarda sopra il piano dove è situato l'appartamento (con entrata da altra parte perché non ho mai sentito nessuno rincasare per le stesse scale mie) la sensazione è che ci sia una persona in casa e questo è un po' fastidioso. Probabilmente era un piano molto alto che è stato diviso e fatto una sorta di soppalco con pavimento in travi di legno che scricchiolano molto. Insomma rumori strani di cui non si riesce ad identificare la provenienza.

Encantadora estancia

Pros: Muy buena ubicación, céntrico pero sin ruidos. Buenas comodidad de la cama. El espacio está muy bien y se agradece el balcón. Ningún problema para el check-in y nos indicaron muy bien la llegada. Gracias

Cons: El sofá, que también es cama no pliega bien y se hace incómodo.
