Villa Invicta 3

Pros: Nicely decorated, wonderful terrace and excellent location (quiet yet near everything and in a local street not yet taken over by hip shops).

Cons: The kitchenware is very limited even for one person (could do with a mug and one more glass) and there was no mop nor broom for a long stay like mine. Could do with towel hangers/hooks in the bathroom otherwise they don't dry (luckily there's a common drier bit not the most practical solution). The water from the shower easily overflows onto the floor; that's why a mop is needed and ideally some kind of ridge on the shower to keep the water in. The shower tap is also missing the knob to turn it. When I asked for the mop I got it straight away, which was good, they also repaired one of the blinds but 3 days after pointing it out.

A delightful studio apartment near the heart of Porto.

Pros: This was an ideal studio apartment for a short trip with a charming balcony. It was very clean and well equipped with nearly everything you might need in the kitchen. It is situated in a very pleasant area, near to a small park and lots of cafes and restaurants with a metro station only five minutes walk away. It was very quiet as it was on the third floor so hardly any noise at all.

Cons: There was an issue with the water from the shower soaking the bathroom floor. I didn’t have any contact with the host during my stay: I messaged them but didn’t receive any reply. It was fairly easy to work out how everything worked but a little more detailed information would have been good.

Modern apartment on the 3d floor. Perfect location.

Pros: Perfect place to stay just 10 min walk from main streets. Recently renovated, fully ecquipped kitched with a stove and coffee machine, very comfortable bed, air conditioner, TV, perfect private balcony with table and chairs. Just 3 min away there is a big foodstore Pingo doce, where you can by fresh fish and cook it in your own kitchen . Almost no noise from the street even with opened windows. Big towels. Good wifi.

Cons: Host first did not respond upon my arrival, but in an hour I got a respond that apartment is ready. There was a smell of cigarettes in the room, also there was a no smoking label inside, but with opening windows smell almost gone by the end of the 2.day I was there. Please pay attention: 3. floor of the building with quite narrow stairs and no elevator - so NOT SUITABLE FOR OLDER PEOPLE/PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. There were no any shelves or wardrobe to put the clothes. The bathroom was good, but there was no space to put any cosmetics or underwear etc. Very modern sink did not have edges, also some veeery tiny space on the lower edge of the mirror was not enough to put something on it. These are minor things, otherwise it was good.

Pros: I enjoyed everything. The apartment is very cosy ,modern and well-equipped. The mattress was so comfortable and really the studio has everything it takes for a memorable stay at an affordable price.The terrace is also amazing and the location is only 2 metros away from the hustle and bustle of the city (Sao Bento). Personally I walked to the city and I reached it in 15 minutes. There are plenty of eating of options&supermarkets nearby (KFC,Continente,Pingo Doce).

Cons: I don't know , I thoroughly enjoyed everything haha :)

Pros: Logement confortable, avec ce petit balcon qui est un plus et la proximité avec toutes les attractions.

Cons: Il n’y avait qu’une chaise, et une petite cuillère et le wifi n’était pas le bon.

Pros: Bien ubicado. Y la temperatura dentro de la habitación perfecta.

Cons: El wifi no llega ni aparece por ningún lado cuando intentas conectarte. Le escribí por mensaje pero no hubo respuesta. Si pone que tiene un servicio lo lógico es que si no lo vas a poder dar, por lo menos contestar y dar una solución.

Pros: Centralt beliggende lejlighed på 3 sal med altan. Tæt på centrum og offentlig transport.

Cons: Der kunne godt være et par hvid og rødvins samt portvin glas.

Pros: Die Unterkunft ist simpel aber ausreichend ausgestattet und in guter Lage. Unser Apartment war sehr hell, das Bett war extrem bequem und wir hatte eine tolle Dachterrasse. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons: Es gibt wenig Haken, um beispielsweise Handtücher oder Jacken aufzuhängen. Im Badezimmer muss man etwas vorsichtig sein, nicht alles überschwemmen. Mit Gepäck und ohne Aufzug ist es ein ziemlicher Aufstieg, aber die Dachterrasse entlohnt es 😊

Una terrazza su Porto

Pros: Appartamento molto bello, design curato, una finestra con terrazzino bellissima, prodotti da bagno di ottima qualità. Comodo, abbastanza vicino al centro e vicino alla stazione della Metro.

Cons: Peccato che non ci fosse un deposito bagagli e che, dopo nostra richiesta, non ci sia stato consigliato un deposito vicino. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

Pros: Tutto perfetto Posizione pulizia e host eccellenti Metro supermercati ristoranti e luoghi da visitare tutti a pochi passi Consigliato!
