BOUTIQUE RENTALS - Provence Apartment

Really good stay, highly enjoyable.

Pros: Based nicely central for the city centre, Bolhao market and shopping area as well as the Trindade metro station, just 120 yards from the apartment. A decent supermarket ( Frioz) also just 150 yards away, ideal. Very comfortable apartment.

Cons: Nothing really to not like. One issue I had though, was the rectangular wooden frame around the bed which has sharp corner sections and yes, I caught my legs on them on seven occasions in my stay Painful, so be wary when you turn around in the bedroom so as not to collide with the frame corner pieces.

Fabulous apartment in a beautiful city

Pros: The apartment is in a perfect location for exploring the city, easy walking distance to sightsee and for restaurants and bars. The apartment itself is clean and spacious, everything you need is there and it is comfortable. We had regular contact with Joana prior to our arrival and were met by Valentim on our day of arrival who showed us around the apartment and also sent us information regarding things to do, restaurants etc which was very helpful. Joana also contacted us after our arrival to ensure everything was ok, details of what to do on departure were also sent and it was nice to know there was help on hand if we needed it. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend the apartment, a great place to stay and excellent customer care from the team, thank you.

Cons: There was nothing not to like

Pros: We liked the location, the French decor, the spacious apartment, the facilities and access to transport facilities

Cons: The walls are thin so we heard noises from other apartments and noise from the street regularly.

Perfect apartment with all facilities, located in the central part of Porto.

Pros: Nice apartment with all facilutes that you would need to feel at home (including a washing machine). Perfect location with 2 minutes walk to the metro station and about 10 minutes walk to the Santa Catarina shoppling street. The apartment was nice and clean. No noice from the strret at night. We used the additional services for transport from the airport and assistance for late check in sincw we arrived after midnight. Bith services were excellent.

Cons: Everything was pefect.

Pros: Stylish designind apartment, clean, fast feedback, good location, easy to town centre, almost perfect(if the elevator is not out of order in the days we lived, it will be perfect), Definitely recommend to all my friends.

Nice, roomy and clean apartment, pleasant stay

Pros: The apartment is nicely decorated, roomy, clean; bed is big and comfy; maps and other info were provided on the apartment table; Valentim, who was receiving us, was very nice, firstly send us recommended 'what to do, see and Eat' list, then patiently keep communicating with us when we had trouble due to flight delays then cancelled, and send us info regarding EU261 for claim, with Valentim, feels like you have someone to have your back

Cons: the washbasin in bathroom is positioning too high for a short person; the location could have been very easy to get to if a clearer instruction was provided by the property manager.

Pros: If it is important for you to have all household items in the apartment, then this apartment is for you. You will feel at home. Administration very kind, perfect location. In short - the apartment and the location are for very lazy tourists :)

A fantastic place to stay for a week in Porto.

Pros: This is a great location, apart from a taxi to and fro Campanha station, I didn’t use public transport at all,everything is walkable. The kitchen had everything I needed (other than a toaster but the oven grill was fine) and the washing machine worked well.

Cons: The only downside is not the owners fault. The building is not well sound proofed and as a result a couple of nights I was woken up in the night by neighbours - running along the floor, loud bangs and so on. But this was a small issue.

i really ejoyed my stay and the owner made sure that i was well looked after

Pros: i liked the personal touch right from initial booking to getting the keys handed to me personally. the location was just right for access into all the popular areas.

Cons: it was a bit noisy in the front room as the main street in front of the property was busy, but the bedroom at the back was quiet.
