Lovely sunny apartment

Pros: Great apartment with lovely facilities Close to the edge of town and a further 25 min walk to centre. Lots of local small coffee shops and small friendly restaurants Close to lovely arty type shops

Cons: We had a problem finding the apartment as our sat nav would not let us enter the road to the car park. We ended up being guided by Sunny and going round the one way system several times which took ages in the Porto traffic and was very frustrating for us and her. We realise that the problem was that the access to the car park has two no entry signs - one being a normal sign and the other saying no entry 50 m Meaning that you can enter but it eventually becomes no entry We don’t have that sign in England and this seems to be why we didn’t think we could enter Once we realised this it was fine and there is also another way in from a different direction but with all the road works it’s tricky to find Sunny helped us with this but people need to be aware

Spotlessly clean apartment

Pros: Spotlessly clean apartment, with all the facilities including washing machine which comes in handy on a motorbike trip! Complimentary bottle of water and wine was a very nice touch.... we found a lovely little place which did the best toast for breakfast too!

Pros: The apartment is very confortable and very well equipped The position is very good , 10 min walk to the center and also very close to the main street to go out of the city to visit many places around Porto by car Parking place is really a plus I strongly recomment it

Pros: Good location, max 20 mins by foot to the river and main sights, 5 mins to Cedofeita walking street that has good local restaurants for breakfast lunch, dinner and late night drinks, from pricier options to more budget friendly, non-pretencious ones. Apartment itself is very clean and cozy, we felt very comfortable. There's a parking space in the underground garage ( tight, so needs a bit of maneuvering to park, but definitely a big plus for those with a car). Over all, we enjoyed our short stay and will definitely keep this option in mind should we come to visit Porto again.

Cons: Lot's of seagulls that kept waking us up at night with their distict crying sounds, even with closed windows and shutters :) but that's not the apartments fault nor is this is a criticism - Porto is a seaside port town after all, so seagulls in large quantities are to be expected :) just an FYI for sensitive sleepers :)

Pros: Super clean and modern apartment in a quiet residential building with underground parking. Easy walk into the city.

Great Place to stay in Porto

Pros: Location is great and close enough for the city to walk. Awesome and comfortable setup of the apartment. Nespresso Machine in the kitchen, cozy bed, nice living room with big TV and WIFI. Small Balcony for sitting outside for breakfast. Definitely would book it again.

Newly refurbished cozy flat in quiet and convenient area

Pros: Very nice residential location, living like a local instead of tourist hotspots. I was very happy with the choice when I saw how much construction work was going on in the city center to build new Metro lines. It is very convenient to travel to attractions by foot, public transport or driving, closest metro was less than 10 minutes walk. Host of Sunny Apartment has excellent taste, the newly refurbished flat is modern and homey, bedroom and bathroom textiles feel equivalent to the level of a five star hotel. The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, no problem at all for longer periods of stay.

Cons: Because it is a residential area, it was not as easy to find when I followed Google map instructions, but the host replied very fast and it didn't take long to get to the correct place.

台灣人來葡萄牙波多不用再看房型了，直接選這件就對了！建議最少住個三天是基本的，超讚！

Pros: 來波多就選這間就對了，台灣人經營！一切都非常得好，房東非常的熱情，也會細心講解設施如何使用操作。房間寬敞非常的大採光良好一切的設備都非常的新，床非常的舒服，睡得很安心，周遭治安良好安全採買超市咖啡廳外食都很方便，有洗衣機熱水壺廚房洗碗機曬衣架陽台電視影音保險箱各式的設備都有包含。更重要的是有提供免費的停車位可以省下非常多的停車費而且是室內的喔！還有語言上溝通完全沒有問題，這點非常的重要，因為老闆是台灣人！走到周邊的景點都只要20分鐘左右就可以抵達，所以根本不必開車可以直接搭大眾交通工具或步行的方式可以直接散步到任何波多市區的景點！

Cons: 完全沒有缺點！
