Great location great balcony size very comfortable beds

Pros: We were a group of 3 couples so it worked really well for us. There were a couple of maintenance issues which were felt with promptly. The management replied promptly to any questions. Location great.

Cons: We did have mosquitoes at night but dealt with that. If you stay in upstairs bedroom watch out for the metal beam above bedside.

Great location, spacious, clean and great for a gathering of friends or larger family.

Pros: The kitchen was large and well equiped, the dining area and living areas were next to one another which made socializing as a large group of 8 very nice. Rooms, bathrooms were clean. Beds were good. Air conditioning worked great. Balcony was spacious and had a great view.

Cons: Wish there was a throw blanket in every bedroom (only 2 of 4 bedrooms had one). The need to go to a central (not walking distance with suitcases) location to pick up and drop off the key at checkout was very inconvenient. I feel they should at least allow you to leave your keys at checkout so an extra stop on uber/taxi is not necessary.

Pros: Good location to Metro and shopping street. The property was well renovated with modern amenities. The place was well cleaned midway through the stay. The property comfortably accommodated 7 adults with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Cons: The building itself is a little run down. Washing machine and dryer were problematic.

Pros: Fantastic location central to all, great apartment. Plenty of shopping. bars and food markets within 5 minutes. 10 minute walk to main drinking area that is open late. Fantastic market around the corner for breakfast, lunch and drinks.

Cons: Great apartment, 4 bedrooms, only gripe would be bitten quite a bit by mosquitoes in the upstairs bedroom. All the people in the 3 lowers bedrooms were fine.

Pros: The apartment is beautiful and spacious and well organized. Furniture and beds are good, the kitchen is well equipped and a washing machine and dryer as well, which is a great advantage. Very good location and close to shops and restaurants.

Cons: Photos of the apartment show a beautiful apartment, so it is a big minus that the house is poorly maintained outside, windows broken and useless in the stairwell, unclean and poorly maintained. We thought we were renting a luxury apartment, so the access to the apartment is a big minus. The minuses of the apartment was that one of the bedroom doors could not be closed, and the door between the bedroom and the bathroom was stuck and the door could not be opened. The balcony is large and nice, but the balcony lacks a sunbed. The electric curtains in the master bedroom were broken and one light in the bathroom is broken.

Pros: Easy pick up of keys, clean and modern apartment with a huge balcony and great views. Lovely bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms and great location. Would highly recommend. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons: No kettle for tea, despite having tea cups and tea bags. Front door of apartment could be easier to identify!

Pros: The terrace was beautiful and the rooms and bathrooms were well served and very spacious. The staff at reception were extremely kind and helpful. The location is perfect as you can walk to everywhere in the city very easily.

Cons: There were some flies in the living room when we first arrived but once we notified the property managers this was rectified immediately.

Pros: Ich glaube das ist das schönste Apartement in dem ich je gewohnt habe. Es war für uns perfekt. Die Betten angenehm, die Küche und der Essplatz wunderschön und gemütlich und so, dass man gerne dort sitzt. Die Kästen in den Schlafzimmern bieten ausreichend Platz, um alles einzuräumen. Die Bäder sind sehr schön. Überhaupt wirkt die Einrichtung hochwertig und offensichtlich kümmert sich jemand darum. Man muss zwar den Schüssel vorher am der zentralen Apartementvermietungsstelle holen. Es ist aber nicht weit weg. Beim Wegfahren konnten wir die Schlüssel im Ap. lassen. Wir durften schon um 10:30 ins Ap., da es bereits fertig gereinigt war. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Es gibt eine sehr große Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten (sogar einen Hängesessel). Da wir im Februar dort waren und es geregnet hat, konnten wir sie nicht nutzen.

Cons: Geheizt wird über die Klimaanlage. Das geht für die Schlafzimmer gut. Das sehr große 2-stöckige Wohnzimmer wird im Winter damit nicht wirklich gemütlich (wir wollten sie aber auch nicht die ganze Zeit eingeschaltet lassen, weil wir meist weg waren). Aber die meisten reisen wohl nicht wie wir im Februar nach Porto. Wir waren nur zu dritt im 4-Zimmer Ap., daher konnten wir jeder in einem Bett mit eigener Bettdecke schlafen. Sonst würde mich das Teilen der Bettdecke (auch wenn ich ihn/sie noch so gerne habe) sehr stören. Aber das ist im Süden immer so.

Pros: L'appartement spacieux et moderne et sa localisation et sa belle terrasse

Cons: Il aurait pu être chauffé à notre arrivée ! Il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine si l'on veut un peu cuisiner ( pas de saladier par exemple) Le standing de l'immeuble.
