Pros: Very quiet and relaxing location. Great value. Ample space for two people sharing. Comfortable bed. Love sitting in the balcony having breakfast and drink in the evening.
Cons: Nothing we didn't like. However...one of the fans was too noisy and could not use it. There are cofee maker ( Dolce Gusto ) but no capsules provided by GuestReady so I would recommend to bring them in with you or buy from the shop. It would be helpful if you could provide some washing line to hang washing. Also, an ice cube maker would be a good idea, especially when the temperature hit over 30C.

Pros: Having visited Porto multiple times I would rate this as one of the better locations and properties I’ve stayed in Five minute walk from one of the main streets and Metro lines (bolhao) Plenty of shops and supermarkets, et cetera nearby The property itself was perfect. It was comfortable sizable, clean, quiet, a great balcony, free Netflix, strong Wi-Fi, ironing board and iron, coffee machine etc
Cons: Air-conditioning or a fan would be a big improvement This could largely be overcome by keeping the balcony door open during the night But it might not be ideal for summer months (June July August) An additional bin liner for longer staying guests. although plastic bags from the shops are available to cover this

Splendid time
Pros: Everything is perfect. Great location, and the kitchen is remarkably well equipped. We liked the most the space and the balcony on the south side - so the sun was there for lunch and dinner time. It's a very convenient place with good access to shops and the city centre.

Bom custo x benefício.
Pros: Possui tudo que é necessário para uma estadia confortável. Boa localização com metrô e comércio a +- 15 minutos a pé. Anfitriões atenciosos e com respostas rápidas. Recomendo e voltaria.
Cons: Nada especial. Tivemos problemas com a conexão da internet, que embora comunicado aos responsáveis não foi resolvido. Ainda assim, considero um caso pontual que não deve comprometer a boa hospedagem que oferecem.

Pros: Accessible and quiet location. Modern facilities in the apartment and overall quite comfortable.

Gunstig gelegen appartement voor bezoek van Porto
Pros: Zeer schoon en net appartement op 3e etage. Kennelijk onlangs helemaal gerenoveerd. Fijn balkon met middag-zon. Gelukkig was er een lift.
Cons: Het voor ons te smalle bed. Helaas verliep de incheck niet naar wens, daar ons niet de volledige toegangscode was verstrekt.

Ubicación excelente
Pros: Apartamento totalmente reformado y muy cómodo .Tercera planta con ascensor. Ubicación excelente para moverte por toda la ciudad y visitarla . Tiene un parking justo enfrente para dejar el coche (15€/día) y un supermercado muy cerca. La pequeña terraza que tiene nos dio mucha cancha para esos días de calor. Cocina cómoda y práctica para preparar algo rápido sin problema. Si volvemos a Porto, repetiríamos este apartamento sin dudarlo
Cons: Incluiría en el menaje un exprimidor, para prepararte algún zumo por las mañanas.
