Pros: Specious apartment in amazing location. It has everything what you may need during your stay in Porto. It was clean and perfect to take rest after long hours of walking. Contact with owner was great, I received all the needed information. I totally recommend this place.

Pros: I really appreciate the flat's location. Communication with the host was very easy and helpful. The flat is well-organized and has everything I need. Thank you for everything!
Cons: Here’s some feedback: adding hooks for jackets and towels would enhance the place. Also, having a broom and dustpan would be beneficial. Overall, I really liked the apartment.

Well-equipped flat right in the middle of the city with two supermarkets nearby
Pros: Location is outstanding: two supermarkets within 20 meters (METERS - not minutes), 8 minutes walk to the Ponte de D. Luís. Well-equipped kitchen: full-size fridge, microwave and proper oven (not just top-stove). All the utensils provided. Additional oil heater present (although i didn't use it). Super-fast fibre-optic internet (see speed test photo attached). Washing machine with washing powder available. Comfy double bed. Friendly and accessible host who speaks English. It's difficult to exceed the expectations when they are very high - but this property deserves 10 out of 10.
Cons: There will always be something to improve - however, these are really minor issues. For example, there is no room service (which sometimes is advantage, lol). All the supplies are only provided for the first day or two - but it's easy and cheap to buy in the supermarket downstairs. There is no wardrobe or hangers to put your clothes on - but you don't come to Porto to moan about hangers, do you? So all of these are VERY MINOR things, and they definitely wouldn't stop me from booking again. Look at the list of advantages, which is MUCH longer!

I really enjoyed this space and all the facilities.
Pros: I enjoyed this space, especially after a very small room in Lisbon. There is an interesting view from the 5th floor towards an old theatre complex and over the rooftops. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of hot water. I greatly appreciated the washing machine and the oil radiator as it was a bit cold in Porto. There is a full oven and hob, I cooked a bit with fresh stuff from the splendid supermarket just behind the apartment building. Oil, vinegar and herbs were provided which was very welcome. The internet access failed, the fault of another apartment. The managing agents were great for this and everything else, very responsive. The location is ok, be aware that it is a long drop to reach the river and the famous bridge. If you don't want to climb up steep hills or a lot of steps, an Uber worked very well to get back :-) The building elevator worked well, no long waits.
Cons: Just little things I fed back, a little side table by the sofa for drinks would be nice but the main thing missing is coat hooks by the door and hooks or a rail for your towels in the bathroom.

Pros: L'appartamento è carino in posizione ottima per girare Porto a piedi. Indicazioni per il check-in chiare e precise. Cucina dotata di tutti gli elettrodometici, dalla macchinetta del caffè al bollitore al tostapane.
Cons: Il check-in si fa in autonomia, personalmente mi piace avere il contatto con le persone lo trovo più accogliente, ma questo è soggettivo. Voto negativo alla pulizia; abbiamo trovato briciole sulla cucina ed il bagno lasciava a desiderare ( sulla tazza del wc c'era il sigillo di pulizia, ma aperto la tavoletta nella tazza c'era ancora il detersivo per wc). Altra nota negativa in casa non c'è un armadio e non c'è nessun appendi abiti, ed in bagno non c'è nessun appendi asciugamani. Sabato notte si sentono i rumori della movida notturna, ma si è in pieno centro, quindi ci stà.

Pros: Limpeza impecável, cozinha muito bem equipada. Excelente localização e fácil acesso. O check-in e o check-out foram muito fáceis! Os hosts foram muito simpáticos e ajudaram a resolver tudo o que foi preciso rapidamente
Cons: A única coisa a apontar foi a falta de roupa de cama para época do ano. O apartamento é frio (tem um aquecedor que podemos utilizar) e a roupa de cama não é suficiente

Pros: Excelente localização. Vários restaurantes, bares, pontos de ônibus por perto. O apartamento é muito bem equipado, confortável, exatamente como nas fotos. Recomendo muito e voltaria a me hospedar nele.
Cons: Nada. Tudo atendeu ou superou as nossas expectativas.

Pros: Super bien ubicado y con todo lo necesario para una estadia agradable😁
Cons: Habia un mal olor que salia del baño. Tocaba cerrar la puerta de este para no sentir ese olor. Al colchón se le sienten los resortes, asi que es tiempo de cambiarlo.

Pros: Appartamento in pieno centro, in posizione comoda al culmine della Riviera. Comodo per raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse a piedi o per i mezzi. Ambiente ristrutturato di recente molto accogliente e spazioso.
Cons: Mancanza di self check in se non recandosi presso l'ufficio dell'agenzia. Appartamento che sembra nuovissimo. Per questo appare un po' scarno e farei alcuni accorgimenti. Ad esempio abbiamo notato la mancanza di armadio o comunque cassetti e appendi abiti, appendini in bagno, mancanza di alcuni utensili da cucina utili come tazze grandi, scottex, ecc. Prese in posizioni scomode rispetto al letto. Prezzo non economico ma giustificato dalla posizione centralissima.
