Pros: Cleanliness size very central. Great communications

Cons: Picking up key from a welcome centre

Still love this apartment - it needs an upgrade

Pros: Central location close to the action with a large back terrace area.

Cons: Apartment needs a quick refurb (retouch paint on walls), more towels, new mattresses, a washing machine and more cutlery. Noise from the ground floor apartment (some unannounced musical gathering on 2 nights) was unwelcome.

Pleasant stay, comfy furniture(good sleep).

Pros: The apartment looked great so do the location, a lot of good restaurants around, sightseeing too. Comfy furniture, all kitchen tools, but only made breakfast. Even iron with a board included.

Cons: Only few things after getting the key have to walk 12-15 minutes from the apartment which can be difficult due tourists or depending on how much luggage you have, would recommend get an uber ~5e maybe less. We had problem with shower head was leaking won’t screw properly. And looked a bit of dirty tiles inside the shower.

Comfortable apartment in great location

Cons: Having to collect key from 10 min walk away

Pros: The apartment is absolutely beautiful: spacious, bright, and tastefully furnished, with everything you need to feel right at home. The location is excellent for exploring the city, with major attractions easily reachable on foot or by public transport. A real highlight was the hosts — incredibly kind, helpful, and always available with great tips or assistance whenever needed. They truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! We would definitely come back.

Pros: I loved, the studio apartment was very big for one person but comfortable at the same time. I love how it was still close to the city center but far enough where you don't have the traffic noise & people noise on the streets. I love how you txt for assistance on how to get somewhere or ask abt any restaurants, supermarkets, directions, etc & you literally get the answers right away. I originally stayed in the apartment for 4 nights & booked for 2 extra nights because I fell in love with the city & the people. The virtual customer service team is the best. The customer service team is exceptional & honestly I have never come across a better team than this

Great apartment, really modern but key collection is not near the apartment - be aware.

Pros: The apartment was amazing - well designed, spacious, excellent outside space and bathroom. Good location for exploring Porto.

Cons: We were given an address to collect the keys, this was an office with a keybox - we had an Uber take us there, didn't feel a great area to be wandering in in the dark, however our taxi left and we had a long walk which we had not expected, in the dark in an area we were a bit unsettled about after a long day travelling. A keybox at the property would have been much nicer for travellers arriving after office hours.

Porto

Pros: Lovely apartment that has everything you need for a great stay in Porto. I found it easy to relax in after a busy day taking in the sights and the hills! The location was great with so many places to eat and drink nearby, however it's definitely worth having a wander as there are so many hidden gems that are easy to miss. I was grateful for the fan as it could get really warm without air conditioning.

Cons: It was disappointing to not receive instructions for the lock box despite making them aware of my arrival time and also being told I would receive the instructions on the day of arrival. This made the start of my stay stressful and something that really needs improving. I'd urge anyone staying to chase this before arrival to avoid having a similar experience.

Pros: Nice size apartment with quality furnishings. Great layout and nice big TV with cable channels. Well equipped kitchen and nice dinning room table. Great place to spend 5 days. Loved the neighbourhood with its eclectic mix of cheap and trendy bars and restaurants.

Cons: The flat could do with Air on as it does get a bit noisy on the street on weekends so would be nice to close the windows and rely on the air con.

Pros: The location was great,near from the city center,very clean,very friendly staff and big room with all the facilities. The terrace outside was perfect!

Cons: The humidity was high in the room and it was a cave effect of the smell inside.We were staying at the the ground level and maybe that's why. Also it would be nice to have some coffee for the machine☺️
