Pros: Everything was great, except for the sofa which was quite dirty when we came ( a lot of stains). Also the main entrance door was broken and couldn't close, so we heard the outside noice which wasn't so pleasant.

Delightful stay, highly recommended!

Pros: Almost perfect stay! Great building, fully renovated and modernised. With elevator! Apartment fully equipped, very comfortable and clean. Big windows and therefore nice light and spacious. Ambiant lights and nicely designed. Very eloquent and smooth communication/service throughout the whole stay.

Cons: More of a tip: a bigger, more comfortable couch for long stays or couples would fit this kind of apartment better and make it perfect!

Great and comfortable stay

Pros: The location very good, short distance walking to supermarket, bares and restaurants. Kitchen well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals and drinks.

Cons: The checking in was a bit not good with no clear directions on writing separating the flat number from street name. A bit confusing. The bathroom drain blockage and no shower gel was resolved quickly.

Genuinely outstanding.

Pros: Rarely give 10/10 but this place was exceptionally nice, lots of thoughtful touches. Not touristy neighbourhood but didn't seem unsafe. Huge windows for light. Big TV. Equipped kitchen. Member of staff visited to replace something and was efficient and friendly. Security seemed good. Best stay in a two month tour round spain/portugal.

Cons: Minor issues with not being able to open the links they sent prearrival but they resolved that.

Comfortable stay

Pros: My stay was comfortable and the apartment has everything i needed. The area is also near and accessible to the city centre. Thanks!

Spotlessly clean apartment with a comfortable bed. 8-minute walk to subway and bus stop is outside

Pros: Spotlessly clean apartment with a comfortable bed. 8-minute walk to subway and bus stop is outside the door. Tourist area is also within 20-minute walking distance. Communication with host company was seamless via booking app and they responded very quickly.

Cons: We were in apartment at front of the building, and the traffic was very noisy, so we had to keep windows closed. There was an air conditioner, but I like to sleep with window open. Building is located in a residential area. Also, sofa was very uncomfortable. I booked a room with balcony but did not get one. However, this was through booking.com and not host.

Pros: The whole apartment was perfect. Everything I needed.

Cons: There needs to be instructions for the dishwasher and washing machine. I eventually found some instructions shoved in a cupboard, but parts of them were missing. It would also help if they had English as well, not everyone understands Spanish and German.

Pros: Nice apartment and it is quite close to the center of Porto

Beautiful place.

Pros: It is a very comfortable and trendy looking apartment, in the perfect size with all the facilities needed, even a part of a yard and a balcony. Easy access with door codes. The centre is in walkable distance. I would’ve loved to rent this place fulltime and just move there, very homey feeling.

Cons: The only thing I was missing in the kitchen was a cutting board.
