Great on all levels!

Pros: Paulo was an outstanding host. The apartment was impeccably clean, honestly, to a level I haven’t seen in years. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touch of small food gifts waiting for us on arrival -- it was completely unexpected and very kind. The space itself is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We had a tiny issue with the doorknob code, but Paulo answered the phone within 30 seconds and resolved it immediately. He was also flexible when we asked to leave our luggage a bit longer. Overall, we were super satisfied!

Cons: The upstairs bed is comfortable, but for taller guests (over 180 cm) your feet might hang off the end. Also, there was a strange noise the first night; could have been a bird on the roof or something mechanical, we never figured out the source.

It was a pleasant stay, this was our first time to stay in an apartment, to be repeated.

Pros: Everything was available in the room. The host was so friendly and kind. They answer the requests promptly.

Cons: The stairs since we had kids with us.

Pros: Very clean, cosy and tasteful apartment. Great welcoming gift to make our stay extra comfortabele. A nice bakery right across the street and the metrostation Trinidad within a 10 minute walk

very good and memorable.

Pros: The location was good, close to the metro station. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. It was very comfortable and relaxing. I really liked the Portuguese design of the windows. The guest were nice and responsive, the keylock made our day trips much easier. There is a small local supermarket across the street with a friendly nice seller.

Cons: We thought there are two double beds and one sofa bed, but the sofa was small and not a bed-to type. The bed on the second floor was very close to the ceiling.

Pros: Nicely decorated and comfortable place to stay, very near from central locations of Porto.

Pros: Tolle kleine gemütliche Wohnung, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war sehr sauber und der Kontakt zum Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit mit guten Tipps und einem Begrüßungskorb, einer Flasche Wein und Wasser. Super einfacher Check in, man kann gut vor der Tür oder in der Straße parken (Oktober) allerdings kostenpflichtig und die Parkuhr muss alle zwei Stunden bezahlt werden.

Cons: Beim Bett auf der oberen Etage wäre eine Sicherung hinter dem Bett zur Treppe hin ganz gut, für kleinere Kinder nicht ganz ungefährlich . Ein Geschirrtuch zum abtrocknen wäre toll.😊

Pros: Super schöne und komfortable Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt! Man ist Fußläufig in der Altstadt ohne den Lärm und Trubel vor der Tür zu haben. Alles ist von sehr hoher Qualität und auch die Betten sind bequem. Wir kommen wieder!

Prima verblijf met comfortabele bedden en keuken wat net buiten het centrum ligt

Pros: Fijne en comfortabele bedden. Keuken met Nespresso apparaat is erg fijn. Zeker ook omdat er voldoende cups aanwezig waren. Ook erg leuk was het welkomstpakket van de host met o.a. een heerlijke Douro wijn. De tv is ook top en de badkamer prima. Locatie is best wel goed het zit iets verder van het centrum, echter in max 20 minuten lopen zit je midden in het centrum.

Cons: De communicatie viel wat tegen bij aankomst. Ik kreeg een mail met toegangscode, alleen werkte de code niet. Achteraf bleek het om een oude, automatische mail te gaan. Het appartment is wat klein en dat merk je vooral bij de bank die klein is en bijna tegen het bed aan staat. Alsnog denk ik dat je met een gezin met twee kinderen voldoende ruimte hebt. De keuken is basic ingericht met wel voldoende keukengerei. Mocht je slecht ter been zijn dan raad ik je niet aan om boven te slapen, de trap is oke maar ik denk niet geschikt voor als je slecht ter been of wat ouder bent. Ook moet je wel wat trappen omhoog om het appartement te bereiken.

Pros: El apartamento es precioso. Los dueños son muy atentos, te dejan muchos detalles: bebidas frescas para tu llegada, snacks, etc. También contestan rápidamente ante cualquier duda. Está completamente equipado con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Sabanas, almohadas, toallas, todo de excelente calidad.

Cons: Fue todo muy bien.

Super fijn plekje

Pros: Prachtig plekje! Contact met de verhuurder (Paulo) liep heel gemakkelijk en prettig. Veel leuke tips gekregen. Appartementje ligt in een rustige straat waar we altijd wel een parkeerplek vonden (betaald). Lopen naar de rivier was ongeveer 20/25 minuten. Terug iets langer omdat je dan vooral bergop moet. Maar vlakbij zit een metro die je tot dicht bij de rivier brengt. Perfect plekje om Porto te ontdekken! Appartement was schoon en had alles. Er stond een mand met drinken en snoepjes klaar. Heel attent!

Cons: Eigenlijk was alles fijn. Misschien was het wat klein voor 4 personen (bijna allemaal volwassen).
