Comfortable and convenient stay in Porto

Pros: It was really easy to get in touch with ORM to arrange to leave bags whilst awaiting key collection. They provided clear instructions for self-check in when the flat was ready to enter. The flat was very clean and comfortable, with good AC and WiFi. The kitchenette was functional for making simple breakfast, which is all that we needed. The location was incredibly convenient as it was very close to Faria Guimaraes and Trindade metro stations making it easy to get into the historic centre very quickly. The bed was very comfortable and the shutters completely blacked out the room at night so we got very good sleep.

Cons: The kitchen was equipped to make simple breakfast/lunch but not well equipped if you only want to cook all meals in the flat. The street was quite noisy when the windows were open to let fresh air in, but this was manageable during the day and with the windows shut it was very quiet in the flat.

Pros: it is close to everything and very clean property, and a very attentive staff always willing to help.

Had a lovely week, but I wouldn't call the apartment a 'deluxe apartment'

Pros: The location was fine as we wanted to be near the metro. The road although busy, was quiet at night. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bathroom had an excellent shower.

Cons: We didn't find the bed very comfortable, and also felt that the rug in the seating area was dirty. In your description you state 'city view' which I find very misleading!

Nice comfortable apartment, nicely decorated, good communication.

Pros: Was a comfortable and stylish room, very light and airy, and with good communication from the hosts. Good location near some fun bars and nightlife. Quite well insulated windows.. comfortable temperature, even though it was hot out.

Cons: Easy to get access, but 5pm is quite a late time for the earliest checkin, given they ask you to check out by 11am.. that means the cleaners have 6 hours to clean the place? Coffee pot not working and shower missing a proper head and so a bit aggressive in how it throws water at you, but these are very minor points.

Modern roomy apartment in a convenient location

Pros: The apartment has been recently renovated and is comfortable with modern furniture. The location is good, only a 5 mins walk to a major metro station - Trindade. There is also cafes, a laundromat and small supermarkets close by.

Cons: The aircon only works for 4 hours then automatically turns off, so we sometimes woke in the night feeling too hot. Windows open to busy street so this is not an option.

Pros: Really comfortable apartment with everything we needed! Easy communication with the host.

Cons: It’s an uphill walk to get to the property but this didn’t bother us as was still close to public transport.

Amazing location, nice property for the price I got it.

Pros: It was easy to collect the keys. The host sent me a detailed text that I received late, and I had to call the host, who guided me through nicely.

Cons: I did not like that even though we stayed for seven nights, changing bedding sheets came with an extra cost. The shower gel was very cheap, and we had to buy our own to shower appropriately. In addition, only three paper rolls were on the property.

Pros: Near Metro station, very mordern apartment, good facilities.

Cons: An extra toilet paper roll costs extra

Pros: Very good and kind communication with personal. Clean, beaufitul furniture.

Cons: Room was little small for that much furniture, but no problem for living there for a moment.

Charming apartment, great location and service.

Pros: Comfortable apartment with lovely decor. Great service - good communication and welcome. Great location out of tourist area but within 15-20 min walking. Lots of eateries and supermarket nearby.
