Location, communication and facilities were fabulous. Exactly like the photos, perfect for a long stay.

Pros: We stayed in this property for a month. It was modern, spacious with a full equipped kitchen making our stay very comfortable. The location was perfect l, close to main shopping strip, restaurants and transport.

Cons: It was perfect for us but stairs could be difficult for some people especially with heavy bags.

Good place to stay for a few nights

Pros: The place was modern, clean, and exactly as described. The washing machine was a real bonus! The kitchen is well-equipped. It is located a few minutes' walk from the beginning of Porto's downtown area.

Cons: It's quite noisy in the bedrooms overnight as they face the street. I'd strongly recommend ear plugs. We also had a string of very warm weather and the apartment struggled to stay cool as no fans were available at the time.

Pros: Beds were comfortable. Wifi was good. Communication was pretty quick. Pictures were accurate. Location was convenient with lots of places to get coffee and pastries close by.

Cons: Limited hot water. We were 3 and all wanted to shower and the last one didn't have a lot of hot water.also although we knew in advance that we had to make a stop at a different location to pick up keys, there was a lock box at the unit so it seemed like we could have just used that.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado, bonito, limpio y con todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia

Pros: Muy buena ubicación. Buena atención del anfitrion. Apartamento limpio y con todo lo necesario.

Pros: El ambiente muy cálido y cómodo para una estancia familiar. El piso totalmente nuevo, todo lo necesario y más para una familia.

Cons: Los tres pisos por escalera, con una bebé y cochecito se complicó.

Viaje a Portugal (Porto).

Pros: La ubicación, muy céntrico, el apartamento reformado recientemente y esta previsto la instalación del aire acondicionado en breve.

Cons: La zonas comunes del edificio mal cuidadas, no tiene ascensor, calle ruidosa. No tenía aire acondicionado y teníamos que dormir con las ventanas abiertas y se oía bastante ruido pero está previsto que van a poner aire acondicionado ya. El aparcamiento de la zona es de hora, como máximo 2 horas sacando tiket. Aunque hay parking público 50 euros por 3 días.

Pros: L appartement est impeccable, bien équipé pour découvrir la ville il est idéalement situé

Cons: Par contre le quartier est très très bruyant, et ce presque toute la nuit on ne peut pas tout avoir

Pros: Très propre et bien équipé. A 5 min à pieds de Bolhao

Cons: 3 étages sans ascenseur même si c’est faisable!

Pros: Het appartement zit op een mooie locatie, ongeveer 4 minuten lopen van een metro en busstation. Het appartement is modern ingericht en het was erg fijn dat er twee losse slaapkamers aanwezig waren. Wat ook goed van pas kwam, is de wasmachine en de mogelijkheid om te strijken.

Cons: Het appartement zit op de 3e verdieping en in de zomer is het warm. Het enige wat wij miste was een airco. De muren van het appartement zijn ook gehorig, waardoor je buren of geluid van buiten wel hoort.

Buena ubicación, cerca del mercado y otros puntos turísticos

Pros: Tiene una buena ubicación. Estaba muy limpio. Es muy amplio y con todo lo necesario para estar cómodos. El personal fue muy amable y nos llevaron las llaves al apartamento.

Cons: El edificio donde está el apartamento está un poco descuidado.
