Lovely long weekend…a perfect to enjoy Porto

Pros: Modern capacious property…perfect for 2 couples with a bedroom & shower room on each of the 2 floors. Lovely balcony and decking area beside a fish pond…perfect for relaxing in the evening…enjoy the view down to the river.

Simply beautiful- we would go back!!!

Pros: It was perfect location for us. Perfect for all of us (7). And the garden/ balcony was so peaceful.

Cons: Nothing - everything was just right for us!

A lovely, relaxing stay in pleasant surroundings, with the old city centre within walking distance

Pros: We loved the spaciousness and cleanliness of the apartment, as well as the pleasant garden view and the central location - everything in walking distance, as long as you've got strong legs to cope with all the hills of Porto!

Cons: It was a little unfortunate that there was some garden construction work going on during our short stay, but I believe that it is now completed, so future guests do not need to worry!

Very peaceful and relaxing house

Pros: There was more then enough space for our family of 5. Furthermore, there is a nice small garden with children playing area and nice pond with fish. Kitchen and other spaces are well equipped and stuffed. Jose is very polite and kind host . House is very close to the most historic places and restaurants in Porto. A lot of public transport options are next to the house. We could say that this place was perfect for our family and we can highly recommend it to others.

Cons: There is a problem which is not a real problem of the property but Porto city center . Whole center is suffering from lack of good supermarkets. Please be prepared that only basic products could be purchased in the vicinity.

Loved this property! Comfortable and convenient.

Pros: We had a great stay at this property. We were in the two bedroom suite (2 couples travelling together), and we found it very comfortable. There was lots of space and we could get privacy when we needed it. There was lots location was convenient to wandering around Porto on foot. Close to several grocery stores as well. We loved walking across the bridge to Gaia. The host was very informative and welcoming.

Cons: There was some noise from the river banks at night where restaurants turned up the music. We managed to go to sleep in spite of it.

Pros: lots of space, very comfortable, generous and thoughtful hosts. Fantastic view , easy access to all of Porto!

Pros: Un appartamento molto particolare, grandissimo e ben organizzato. I proprietari hanno pensato a qualsiasi necessità dei visitatori: ci sono molte informazioni sia riguardo all'appartamento sia sulla città. Viene fornita frutta fresca e altro come benvenuto... per noi è stata una bellissima sorpresa trovare anche degli snack senza glutine! Molto bella e godibile la terrazza.

Cons: Qualche difficoltà a lasciare l'auto, ma è normale, visto che praticamente l'appartamento si trova in centro. Il piano di sotto leggermente umido.

Droomplek in Porto

Pros: Een heerlijke ruime plek met alle faciliteiten die een verblijf aangenaam maken. Op loopafstand van meeste plekken in Porto. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst met veel goede tips.

Cons: Parkeren is lastig in de buurt, maar parkeergarage op 5 min. Geen grote supermarkt in de buurt, dus voor de betere boodschappen moet je toch met de auto.

We are very thankful for the thoughtfulness to detail and family friendly stay.

Pros: The hosts were extremely accommodating every step of the way. They were very responsive, sent over city recommendations including maps a few days before our stay, allowed us to check in early, set up the pull out couch bed and crib for us, had toys out and accessible for our 3 kids etc etc. We were greeted by Jose and he gave us a tour of the property and showed us their very detailed welcome packet complete with any information and city recommendations we could have needed. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, with every detail thought through. We were able to do laundry as well. Exceeded our expectations and we would love to come back to stay here again. Thank you!

Cons: There's nothing I can think of that we didn't like. Having 2 floors was a bonus for our stay with the kids, but maybe that would be a downside for others.
