Pros: Prachtige locatie en zeer sfeervolle straat. Mooi ingericht appartement met veel faciliteiten. Rook bij binnenkomst erg schoon. Ook het zwembad was heerlijk.

Cons: Het bed was erg klein en instabiel. De lade in de badkamer zat los. Ook ontbrak er een theedoek voor de afwas. 's avonds hier en daar wel wat overlast door gasten. Verder geen op of aanmerkingen, genoten.

Pros: Lo que me gustó más fue la limpieza, la comodidad y lo bien ubicado que está.

Cons: - No había sartenes ni ollas, pero sí utensilios de cocina - El secador de pelo al enchufarlo comenzó a echar humo y lo tuvimos que dejar en la terraza. - Había bombillas fundidas.p - La plancha tenia en la placa manchas negras y aunque tuvimos cuidado se arruinó una de nuestras prendas. - La nevera estaba llena de agua y no enfriaba bien - La tv no disponía de ningún canal ya que era obligatorio el uso de alguna plataforma de series y películas como Netflix. En resumen, un apartamento que no se le puede sacar todo su potencial por falta de mantenimiento y cuidar los detalles. Espero que está crítica sirva para mejorarlo.

Pros: La propreté au top et ca sent bon, les équipements, l'espace pour y vivre, la salle de bain bien agencé. La piscine juste à côté. Appartement au RDC. Bien insonorisé. Resto juste à côté. A 10min à pied du metro trinitated

Cons: Il y a des très gros travaux juste à côté de la résidences. Ce n'était pas indiqué. La semaine à partir de 8h du matin le sol tremble très légèrement ce qui nous réveille. Par contre bien insonorisé donc on entend pas les travaux. Par contre aucun soucis le weekend.

Pros: Bien situé. Central. Dans un quartier animé. De quoi se restaurer autour et petits magasins d'alimentation. Appartement fonctionnel avec petit espace extérieur.

Cons: Peut-être un peu bruyant l'été si on.ouvre les fenêtres? Mais climatisation possible. Mauvaise insonorisation entre les appartements. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas accès direct à la piscine via la terrasse.
