Pros: Otima localização, entre as estações Faria Guimaraes e Marquês (facil acesso ao centro do porto utilizando ambas estaçoes de Metro). Ambiente confortável para pequeno grupo de 3 pessoas

Cons: Tivemos um pequeno problema com uma invasão de um ratinho porém foi resolvido rapidamente. Está neste tópico pois infelizmente foi um problema. Acredito que se a janela do banheiro receber uma tela de metal, este problema pode ser facilmente resolvido
