Excellent value

Pros: This is a really comfortable, very well located and with everything I needed for my stay.

Cons: Shower leaks some water to the floor.

A very nice, comfortable, bright and spotlessly clean apartment in a quiet location.

Pros: The apartment was quite spacious and very bright. Lovely spotless kitchen and living area. I loved the bedroom downstairs, it felt quite cosy.

Cons: A handrail on the stairs within the apartment would have been useful, we were surprised there wasn't one. A change of towels halfway during our stay of 7 days - they were of the thin variety - would have been good but would have cost €30.00 extra which we felt was a bit expensive.

Good location, comfortable lodgings but needs better management

Pros: Location was very good, 5 mins to the metro, 25 mins or so walk into the old town. Very well equiped with quality fittings although the lounge TV did not work - not an issue as we were too busy to watch it. Comfortable bed and reasonably spacious. Very good value for the rental price.

Cons: There is no on-site presence. We did not receive the payment instructions so were left outside (in the rain) while I phoned, paid then waited 30 mins or so for access code. This doesn't work well. Slight ant infestation which isn't good. Lounge TV broken and one shower also broken so I think extra care is needed by the letting agent. And don't rely on the front door access code, take the key !! Turns out other residents physically lock the door and this disables the key pad. Spent another 30 mins hanging around outside until a cleaner let us in. Not a good system.

It's really good hospitable apartments

Pros: Very beautiful, bright apartment with all amenities, everything for a long stay. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. No problems with temperature and water pressure. Two showers. Convenient location.

Cons: The pillows need replacing and you can no longer sleep on them. There are problems with the toilet flushing, possibly due to old sewerage.The apartment is located on two tiers, the stairs are quite steep.

Pros: Alojamiento confortable y acogedor a unos 15 minutos a pie de la rua Santa Catarina, y otros tantos de dos estaciones de trenes. En un barrio bonito y tranquilo, con servicios cerca alrededor (supermercados, autobús, metro, etc.). En un edificio reformado muy bonito. Muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable.

Cons: Nada.

Prima appartement

Pros: Ruim, goed bed, goede locatie, makkelijk in- en uitchecken met instructies via app.

Cons: Geen hand- en theedoek in de keuken; niet heel geluiddicht

Muy recomendable

Pros: Duplex muy bonito. Decorado con mucho gusto. Dispone de dos baños, habitación amplia, sofa cama muy cómodo, cocina bien equipada... Muy recomendable. Cerca del centro.

Cons: Echamos en falta un trapo de cocina, una bayeta... Lo demás genial.

Pros: A casa é muito confortável, com tudo que precisamos para uma estadia tranquila. O estacionamento, apesar de ser na rua e com parquímetro (custo apenas entre 9 e 19hs, gratuito das 19 às 9hs), tinha sempre vagas disponíveis em frente ou muito próximo da acomodação. Metrô e supermercado disponíveis em menos de 5 minutos de caminhada. Centro da cidade à curta distância (dava pra ir andando). Excelente custo-benefício.
