Cons: Was asked not to flush toilet paper, just decided to use the bathroom at local markets.

Great apartment with a really big terrace plus away from the crowds
Pros: Great apartment in a safe Miragaia neighborhood with a wide terrace, where to chill out, have a drink or meal and watch the majestic river from. 15-20min walk from São Bento metro station. Away from crowds. Supermarket Continente is around 1,5km away. The stop of the scenic bus #500 is also nearby. Friendly and warm informative messages, sent by the owner. Easy self check-in/check-out. The option to check-in earlier than 3pm can also be arranged, but not guaranteed.
Cons: There is an iron available, but no ironing board of any kind. Why?

If I could, I'd get the apartment for myself, I believe that says everything.
Pros: The location, in Alfândega, close to Ribeira, is a previledge one. The view, the balcony, the overall charm is a must. Vividly recommend for a couple that wants to invite some friends for some drinks on the balcony. Privacy is superb and sleeping with open windows to the balcony, the sounds from the street are muffled with the lower buildings below and the height. Very attentive host, answered all my little questions.
Cons: There was not plenty cutlery, bathroom had some mold on the ceiling and no AC, but had ventilator and some quality heaters (hot spring in those couple days and I would gladly stay a few days more but, alas, had to return to Lisbon). One has to climb quite a few stairs, thought through a very tasteful remodelled interior. however, it definitely pays off to climb.

Pros: Buena ubicación, y posibilidad de aparcamiento gratis en la misma calle
Cons: Al apartamento le faltan algunos detalles básicos, Por ejemplo; las bombillas de bajo consumo del salón/cocina apenas iluminaban, falta una mesita pequeña enfrente del mueble de TV. Por la ubicación del apartamento enfrente del Palacio de Congresos, los días festivos había excesivo ruido por conciertos de música y por la instalación de un gran generador.

Pros: Excelente apartamento, amplo e com um baita terraço.
Cons: O colchão já está nas últimas. Dá para sentir os arames nas costas.

Tolle Ausgangsbasis am Douro.
Pros: Angenehme Privatsphäre. Schönes, großes Apartment mit großer Terrasse (Penthouse-Stil). Zuverlässige Kommunikation mit Gastgeberin.
Cons: Viele Treppen (4. Stock), kein Aufzug.

Emplacement au top et terrasse sympa
Pros: Emplacement au top, 3 minutes à pied de Ribeira, et toujours de la place pour se garer gratuitement. L'appartement est parfait pour 3 personnes et sa grande terrasse permet une belle vue sur Vila Nova de Gaia.Il faut choisir l'appartement tout en haut de l'escalier (rambardes grises sur les photos).
Cons: Trois étages sans ascenseur. A éviter si on a des problèmes de mobilité.

Aprendí a ser más observador de las publicaciones...
Pros: Buena ubicación, con parada de bus y tranvía a menos de 100 mts. Estacionamiento público en la calle sin problemas.
Cons: La publicación tenía 2 apartamentos muy parecidos entre ellos...pero en distintos pisos..en mi elección confusa, opte por el q estaba en la ultima planta..67 escalones q para subir con maletas y si eres mayor...se hacen eternos...y también si uno entra y sale varias veces en el día....pero lo demás todo muy bien.
