Cons: Windows rattled a fair bit which was a bit disruptive when sleeping but it is a beautiful old building so I think that's to be expected

Gorgeous little apartment in the city centre
Pros: Cosy and comfortable with everything I needed. Great communication from Márcia with a slide deck of things to do in Porto :) Great location: close to the river, an epic viewpoint and a main street with restaurants, bakeries and shops. Within walking distance of everything, although Uber is super cheap too. Nice rain shower and just a great spot to stay in Porto!
Cons: A fair amount of street noise, which could get quite loud. You can hear conversations and walking tours. It wouldn’t put me off staying, but I’d recommend bringing earplugs for nighttime and noise cancelling headphones if you’re working etc.

Practical Apartment with Scenic View
Pros: Practical apartment in an ideal location. Fully equipped with all kitchen utensils, dishwasher with tabs, plenty of towels and toilet rolls, kettle and coffee machine. Strong WiFi, 50 inch plasma and good air conditioner. All appliances were very easy to operate including the shower. It was the little additions which made this apartment really practical for someone on a budget. There were food containers and napkins - excellent for sandwiches during the day. Large tray for eating on the sofa/in bed at night. There is a very cheap launderette just down the alley and a minipreco round the corner. Really loved waking up to such a beautiful view every day from the windows. The host was very informative, providing detailed check in instructions and a guide of all local amenities. Would definitely choose this apartment again if I ever get a chance to visit Porto.
Cons: If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend ear plugs just to dull the noise of the air con and hot water tank at night.

Sonnig und Abwechslungsreich.
Pros: Wir waren erfreut, schönes Appartement sehr sauber. Ruhig gelegen für eine Stadt wie Porto(d. h. vereinzelt ein Auto o. Personen die nach Hause kamen.) Das erstemal eine Studio mit Regenduschekopf, duschen ohne nach dem Wasserstrahl zu suchen. Alles in allem war es super.
Cons: Der steile Anstieg (Strasse) zum Studio. 🤪 Mit Rollkoffer doch etwas mühsam.

Un appart parfait pour découvrir Porto en quelques jours
Pros: Tout est fourni et tout est propre. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la localisation de l'appart, proche de tout, et les petites attentions de l'hôte ainsi que les échanges avec l'hôte qui est disponible et prévenant.
Cons: Les lampes de chevet ne peuvent pas se brancher, c'est dommage parce qu'il faut retraverser tout l'appartement pour éteindre avant de dormir... Et l'inconvénient d'une super localisation, c'est que c'est quand même très bruyant.

Apartamento bien situado, muy completo, muy bonito y limpio
Pros: Situación, limpieza y decoración apartamento muy buena. Textiles de buena calidad y limpios. Cocina y baño totalmente equipado con electrodomésticos necesarios. Muy bien por parte de los dueños por dejar café, servilletas, sal,...
Cons: Todo está muy bien. Anotamos algunos detalles y apreciaciones. Estaría bien poner un rollo de cortina entre la contraventana y ventana para disimular el interior durante el día. Iluminación escasa en el apartamento, muy oscuro cuando se cocina. Falta más luz o iluminación led en la zona cocina. Grifo del lavabo incomodo, caño largo y por debajo del plano de la cara. Accesorio de escobilla y papel de baño incómodo, estorba donde se ponga. (Preferible escobilla pequeña suelta).

Pros: Marcia se comunica rápido desde el chat. El apartamento está limpio, en un lugar tranquilo, cerca de los lugares turísticos de Porto.
Cons: El Citytax es obligatorio en Portugal, sería más cómodo que estuviese incluido en el cobro del alojamiento, siendo descontado desde la tarjeta de crédito.
