Pros: The apartment was very modern, spacious and clean. Middle in the city centre and yet without the noise. The staff was very kind and helpful. The price is very fair for what you get. If you are going to Porto I would definitely recommend Formosa for your stay in Porto

Fantastic ,clean will stay again.

Pros: Short walking distance to all facilities and transport links

Cons: We had a bottom apartment which was fantastic,well equipped ,clean with a garden area at front and a walled seating area at the rear but there was a apartment above us so heard foot traffic especially up the stairs ,im a very light sleeper so others might not notice and it didnt spoil my stay . The cleaners came in everyday and emptied the bin which was nice .

Pros: The automated door opening here is a fantastic feature and a really nice touch! Smooth check-in process made arriving at the property incredibly easy and convenient. We appreciated the ability to get settled in quickly, with no need for unnecessary contact with the hosts outside of the initial property tour and the final key collection. This streamlined and smooth experience contributed greatly to our overall satisfaction, making for a truly relaxing start to our trip.

Cons: The only minor drawback we noticed was the lack of heating in the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient, especially during the cold winter season. Since the main AC unit effectively heats the main room, it would be a huge bonus if the bathroom could also be kept warm, as the unit's heat doesn't quite reach there.

Pros: Maria and Alina were so kind. The communication was very easy and they were everyday in the reception for what we need. when i return i will stay here for sure.

Cons: l love Porto , l work for Chanel brand and l live 4 years before in Porto , now l live between Italy and Bali and l need to do specific products in Portugal

Nice, clean and big Apartment centrally located. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Pros: The apartment is well situated near the Bolhao Market, Restaurants and shopping streets. The walk to the riverside takes about 30 min. It was at the back behind a little garden, so no traffic noise. The staff was exceptionally friendly and flexible. It was easy to collect the key during opening hours but there is also a hide-a-key if you arrive late. The apartment was big, comfy and clean just like on the pictures. We were there in November but the blankets were warm enough and the a/c could be used for heating. We were very happy with the stay

Cons: A/C Ventilation just outside the bedroom window was quite loud. Luckily it was off during the night, in summer it will be a different story.
