Clean, comfortable, spacious, friendly

Pros: Spacious studio flat, extremely clean and well arranged. Big windows, good kitchen, good heating. Very comfortable bed, nice pillows. Very good bathroom and shower. My flat had a comfortable little sofa with the TV. Wifi worked very well. Staff friendly and helpful, I was met at the property and showed how to use the key codes and key properly, as well as telling me everything I needed to know about the property. The building has distinctive lighting so it was easy to find when I came from airport by taxi. When I checked out, they cheerfully kept my luggage at no charge in the office at the back of the building until I went to the airport. The flat is by a metro station, but if you like a little walk it is also easy to get to the main part of the city by foot. Porto is an awesome city. I hope to return and will gladly stay here again.

Pros: Gorgeous apartment, really comfortable bed and sofa. Well equipped kitchen and very clean.

Cons: Lack of cleaning supplies (wipes, cleaning spray)

Nice apartment for medium to long stay.

Pros: Really liked the modern decor. Location is fair, easy to reach train station by taxi. Walking distance to city centre.

Cons: We stayed for 4 nights. 2 adults 1 kid, 2 of the nights I couldn't get hot shower as the last one to wash. I asked for a new set of towels on the last night, host said it costs 15 euro for replacement towels, and it was a bit too expensive to be honest.

A home away from home feel

Pros: Clean , great location , easily assessable and secure entrance process .

Pros: Very cozy and beautiful interior, the location is great - very close to the station!

Cons: We got water temperature issue, but the hotel staff was communicating well and we got support.🫶🏻

Very comfortable, modern and spacious room in a quiet part of Porto, but very close to the train.

Pros: It was very comfortable, modern and spacious in a quiet part of Porto, but very close to the metro The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was very spacious. There was also a lovely breakfast place almost next door that was so handy in the morning. We were able to leave our luggage as we arrived in the morning before check-in.

Cons: The door codes were a little temperamental. Sometimes they didn't always work, so you had to be patient. It was a little worrying when it was late at night and not being able to get in the main door, or bedroom door. But we were given a set of keys to use which give us reassurance.

Pros: The location is near the metro, quiet area. Very modern and nice apartment. All the kitchen supplies, very comfortable beds

Pros: Excellent accommodation which after a really bad experience at a property in Lisbon via another Booking.com, which we are still trying to get a refund from, saved our holiday. Fantastic staff and very clean and brilliant amenities. Great location and very spacious apartment. Fantastic!

Pros: Mayara was who introduced us first to the apartment. It was fantastic and she explained everything we should know about it: How it works, where is what and finally she took her time to show us recommendations on where to go and what to do for our week long holidays. The apartment was gorgeous. Pretty quiet despite being in front of a street - good noise insulation in my opinion. Loud neighbors may be something that even the best insulated rooms can't deal with; it was equiped with stove, microwave and a nice oven too. It had a lift that could take us up or down at convenience. It had a lot of space inside. Extremely cozy and nice TV with good speed internet. Super clean and amazing bathroom too. The bed was huge and its room had thick window covers so that the room would stay dark. It also had a first aid kit.
