Pros: The location was fantastic. The apartment was roomie and had a lot of charm.

Cons: The kitchen was completely inadequate. There was mould in the bathroom and the heating was very inadequate.

Pros: This was our first time in Porto and I am so glad I found this place. The lication is perfect...you can walk everywhere from here. We lucked out and found a parking spot right in front of the building and just left the car there. The place is spotless and comfy. Claudia was excellent in communicating and made sure everything was good for us. Thank you so much. I'm sure we will be back.

Good apartment but needs maintenance

Pros: Well located, serviced once over 5 days (not expected) complimentary bottle of wine. Terrace. Lovely view of river and skyline. Lift.

Cons: Bathroom tiny, particularly sink. Windows leaked in heavy rain and were rotten in bathroom (got wet every time person showered). Couldn’t open windows and keep them open to let air in.

Pros: Perfect location, nice and clean apartment, helpful staff

Loved Porto

Pros: Perfect location to explore Porto. Easy check in and out - very clear instructions. Prompt reply to a query. Comfy beds, nice decor and very clean. On a busy / noisy road which some might find annoying. Also noise from other residents of block - mainly door slamming. Bathrooms could do with being improved.

Pros: The property was located in the perfect spot for getting anywhere

Cons: Only 1 comfortable 2 seater sofa for 4 people. The other 2 had to sit on rattan chairs or the dining chairs. Lacked items like an oven tray (just to heat up pastries etc), no shower door in second bathroom so floor gets very wet and slippery. The bathroom door is glass and one of us slipped and very nearly went through said door!

Amazing location and beautiful property!

Pros: Very close to the river, restaurants, shops, and very close to the old town and the famous Dom Luís II bridge. The apartment was very clean, with clean bedsheets and towels provided.

Cons: Everything was perfect!

Pros: The location was perfect for my needs. The apartment is really nice if you only need to sleep and relax a bit, I wouldn't cook there to be honest. They managed to create an extra bedroom in what clearly used to be a big living room: the result is an apartment with two fully functional separate bedrooms (and bathrooms), ideal if you're traveling with a friend and nobody wants to sleep on the couch (they're actually two double rooms, it could host even two couples).

Cons: If we want to cherry-pick, the bedside lights in my rooms were somehow connected to the main light, therefore you could only have everything on or everything off, but it was really a minor problem.
