Pros: It was very well maintained and everything was immaculate The location was perfect - just off the main shopping street and walking distance from most attractions The host was kind enough to make my stay memorable and special by organising a traditional Portuguese cake in the apartment — I loved it!

Perfect location - right in centre of shopping district and close to restaurant and Bars .

Pros: Communication from hosts was superb. Whats app video of how to enter building and information book . Tried some of restaurants but can also recommend Club 21 at top of street . Right beside 5 Corners Food which does takeaways so lots of delivery drivers on scooters. Used Booking .com Transfer to and from the apartment - excellent . Driver was waiting for us in Arrivals and at door of apartment on return - much cheaper than Taxi.

Cons: Be careful of street - old cobbles very easy to trip and quite steep.

Amost enjoyable and relaxing stay - we will return for sure

Pros: Excellent location, very clear and secure instructions from our hosts on how to enter the property, the building and the apartment, cleanliness, detailed and thoughtful furnishing of the apartment so absolutely all possible needs were met, exceedingly comfortable bed, a book provided with information on just about everything (restaurants, pharmacies, tourist sites, etc), high quality bathroom toiletries, quiet and quick-cooling air-conditioning, instant WhatsApp access to hosts and quick responses. We loved that a wonderful family runs this place and their authentic kindness and hospitality made a huge difference because we felt so at home. We arrived late at night but to a warm welcome of the most delicious sweet bread and port awaiting us on our dining table. It has been a long time since I have had such a relaxing and stress-free holiday as this one.

Cons: The noise on Friday and Saturday nights. This is out of the control of our hosts and has everything to do with the 'excellent' acoustics of the high walls and narrow streets outside. We could hear all the words of conversations of loud people in the street and people singing football songs from other streets as there was no one singing directly outside. Week nights were pretty quiet, so perhaps next time, we will consider arriving on Sunday and leaving the following Friday or Saturday to avoid the noisy nights.

Pros: Todo en general, excelente ubicación, limpieza, atención estupenda, piso muy acogedor y completo. Bienvenida muy cálida.

Pros: La comunicación con los encargados es excelente. Un par de días antes de llegar se ponen en contacto contigo y te explican todo al detalle. Además, si tienes alguna duda, contestan enseguida. El apartamento es grande, acogedor y muy cómodo. La ubicación es excelente. No hace falta coger ningún transporte público para llegar a los lugares más populares.

Cons: La única pega que le podría a este apartamento (por poner una) es que el aire acondicionado está justo encima de la cama y si eres una persona sensible de la garganta como yo, puede que afecte un poco, pero nada que no se pueda solucionar.

Pros: Toda a estadia em si foi excelente, vale frisar a grande simpatia da senhora Teresa que esteve sempre disposta a ajudar e a esclarecer. O apartamento tem muita segurança para o sítio que é.

Pros: Instalaciones nuevas y relucientes. Facilidad de todo y en todo momento. Tienen hasta paraguas y tabla de planchar además de degustación de vino de oporto exquisito

Cons: Solo una cosa. La ducha resbala con facilidad y la calle de acceso desde vía Catalina es un desastre

Pros: El alojamiento es fabuloso y súper cómodo, tiene todo lo que uno necesita para una estancia increíble, todo totalmente limpio y ni hablar de la atención de Teresa, pendiente de lo que uno pudiese necesitar y detallista! La ubicación es excelente, en pleno centro de la ciudad, eso hace fácil la movilidad, se puede llegar caminando a todos los puntos de interés! No duden en alojarse en Bolhão Residences para un viaje agradable. P.D: El departamento es exacto al que se muestra en las fotos
