A perfect cozy stay in Porto

Pros: The apartment is just like the pictures! Tons of natural light, cozy furniture, and a nice small kitchen table for meals and work The location is perfect for visiting the city, with the major attractions, metro lines, restaurants and shops nearby. The host is a professional agency who goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable. A special touch is a free luggage compartment in their offices which is included in the reservation, so even after you check out they take care of you.

Pros: Excellent accomodation! Couldn't fault it. Good location near the main street and attractions. We walked everywhere. Rafaela in the office was particularly helpful during check in and gave us a list of recommended restaurants which was great.

Pros: I really like the location, the ease of communicating with the staff and cleanliness

Cons: There is no lift. I stayed on the second floor. I have 4 luggages. It’s a bit difficult to carry them upstairs

Clean, comfy and great stay

Pros: The rooms are clean and sizing wise is roomy enough. The bathroom and toilet are clean. There is no elevator so if your apartment is on the third level, it is not advisable to bring heavy luggage. There is no washing machine nor dryer so you have to go to a nearest laundromat if you are staying longer

Cons: No washing machine.

Pros: You cannot ask for a better accomodation than this! Very helpful staff, clean and quiet. We had a great sleep and whatever we needed staff were there to help. Highly recommended. We did not hear any noise!

Pros: Location was great, beds were so comfortable, the apartment was really quiet. Our suite had a beautiful rooftop patio, washer machine and clothes rack.

Cons: Be very careful when booking through this company. The booking was frustrating. I chose the apartment as I was looking for 2 bedrooms. When I booked the room by selecting 2 beds and the reservation was confirmed, the photos confirming my reservation showed 2 beds. It was not until 4 days before check in that I received another confirmation with a photo of a studio apartment with 1 bed. I was informed that I would need to pay an additional fee for a unit with 2 beds. This was really frustrating.

Pros: A well-appointed ground floor bed-sit. Quiet. Compact. Good amenities. Very comfortable bed. Excellent online communication with helpful staff. Clear check-in instructions. Washing machine. Good location. Walking street down the road. Would recommend.

Cons: Would be nice to meet staff. The outdoor courtyard got no sunlight. So washing hard to dry. Clothes drier suggested

Pros: Location a little out of CBD but no problem and the location clear on booking site. Clear instructions for contact less entry but good to have access to property mangers. Happy to recommend.

Cons: 3rd floor no lift. Difficult with luggage.
