A lovely stay!

Pros: Lovely property. Easy to follow the check in instructions (the second floor is not the one with the blue seat but the one above it). Clean and well organised. And the hair dryer has a diffuser, which is much appreciated. Very pleased with our stay here. Supermarket and market within one to two minutes walking distance. Cheap luggage storage at company across the street (€12 a day for a large locker). Would stay here again.

Cons: The microwave is more complicated than the check in instructions 😂 but we figured it out.

Pros: This accommodation left me extremely satisfied. The price was very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. The room was exactly as shown in the photos—very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the customer service was very attentive, making the entire stay go smoothly. The location is superb, right in the city center and close to many popular tourist attractions. You can walk to many places from here. There's a Starbucks, supermarkets, shopping streets, malls, subway stations, and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Cons: The only minor downside is that the building doesn't have an elevator, but it's not a big issue.

Would definitely stay again

Beautiful apartment with large terrace

Pros: Very bright apartment in a good location. Welcome gift was waiting for us upon arrival. Apartment was well equipped, had everything that we needed. Self check in instruction was very clear.

Cons: A lot of stairs to the third floor, no elevator, can be difficult with a suitcase. However everything was clear in the property description so we knew what to expect. Still I will recommend the place.

Pros: The location and apartment was perfect. It had everything we needed and some lovely touches to make you feel welcome. If I had any questions, I was able to send a message and received an immediate response. They were so helpful and wanted to ensure we were having a good time.

Great location, great hosts.

Pros: The apartment was in an excellent location, across from a bus stop, a few steps from a supermarket, and close to some great restaurants and shopping. Nia was very responsive to any questions and all instructions were very clear. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had necessary dishes and utensils but not any condiments if you wanted to do a bit of cooking. We had the one bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor, that faced the street. The noise did not bother us, it is part of being in the center of things, but, without A/C, if it had been in the heat of the summer so you had to keep the windows open all night, it might have been a problem. We ate at the Restaurante Abadia on the small street behind the building. It was great, I would highly recommend it.

Cons: One suggestion for improvement would be to have a mat for the shower, we found the floor to be rather slippery. Also note that there wasn't any shampoo or conditioner, you need to bring your own.

Pros: The apartment was great, very modern and clean. Great location.

Cons: Did not release that there were three flights of stairs to climb. My husband has walking difficulties and found it very hard to climb the stairs. When I booked the room, there is nothing to say that it is on the 3rd floor. 🫤

Perfect apartment in a great location!

Pros: Beautiful apartment within easy walking distance to all the main attractions, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and near a metro/bus stops. Place was bright, tastefully decorated and quiet. The kitchen, although small, was very well equipped and had everything you'd need to cook a meal and we were glad to see that olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, sugar, coffee machine, kettle, tea towel, washing up liquid and sponge was also provided! We were able to wash our clothes and the laundry capsules, pegs and airer provided made this easy to do so. The air conditioning worked a treat and wasn't noisy either! There was also shampoo, shower gel, hand wash. The wardrobe was huge and had loads of hangers. The bed was massive and comfortable. We also appreciated the welcome pack of a bottle of port and water.

Cons: These are very minor issues but as a customer you might find it helpful to know that shower was really high-great for taller people but if you just wanted to have a body shower and not wash your hair you'd definitely need a shower cap. It was great to see that a hairdryer was provided and you could move it from room to room and it also had a concentrator nozzle and a diffuser attachment but it wasn't very powerful so if, like me, you have lots of hair I'd recommend bringing your own. The pillows were too hard. Finally, the wardrobe, although large, didn't have any drawers in it to put your smalls.

Very convenient place to stay

Pros: Very central position, very well-equipped apartment. It was easy to communicate with hosts; they were caring and reliable. I liked the personal attention to our needs before and during the stay.

Pros: Had a great stay at Tripas-Coração, Sá da Bandeira. Was super easy to get in. The apartment is in a great location and is nicely designed and very clean. The hosts were super friendly and available for any questions. Would recommend.
