Batalha Mezzanine Penthouse

Worked for us, but could use a few improvements

Pros: Excellent location close to shopping and restaurants. The apartment itself looked lovely

Cons: The bedrooms were ok, but the showers had mold in them, and the carpets were stained. The dishwasher and the mini split in one of the bedrooms never worked and there was only 1 additional garbage bag besides the one in the garbage can and we were there for 3 days with 5 adults.

Pros: The apartment is spacious, very clean and the kitchen is well equiped. Exactly as pictured and owner is very friendly and ready to answer all your questions. The location of the apartment is near to the center of Porto and you can walk (10-15min) to all main attractions of the city, the area is quiet and safe. No problem finding the apartment and easy to check in.

Cons: Everything was fine, maybe the owner can consider changing the toilet fans as some may find them a bit noisy when operating. Thank you for your hospitality

Comfortable stay in a spacious apartment

Pros: The apartment is comfortable and had everything that we needed. It was clean,spacious and in a great location with a view, very close to the tourist attractions but also safe and quiet area to stay. Smooth check in and communication. Host is friendly and understanding

Cons: The building is a bit old but not a major problem

Pros: 포르투 명소가 가까우면서 가성비가 좋았습니다. 내부 시설도 인테리어를 한지 얼마 안되었는데 청결한 편이었으며 창문에서 바로 보는 뷰 또한 좋았습니다. 주변은 노후화 한 부분이 조금 있지만 그래도 그 가격에 그 시설이면 충분합니다.

It is a very nice place to stay to explore Porto.

Pros: It is close to walk to all attractions. Oksana and Cesar were so kind to show us the place, and quick to respond when I had questions. It also has enough utensils and salt and olive oil if one wants to cook.

Cons: Not really.

Alojamiento luminoso, amplio y espectacular

Pros: El alojamiento es espectacular, luminoso, amplio y muy bien equipado, es encantador. El anfitrión también fue encantador. Tiene calefacción y estaba muy limpio.

Cons: La cama del sillón cama es bastante incómoda, como éramos 5, uno de nosotros tuvo que dormir ahí. También de los bajantes del baño salía olor a humedad, pero encendíamos una velita y contratestaba. Pero de resto todo estaba genial, fueron pequeños inconvenientes.

Pros: La ubicación, la amplitud, la claridad. Las camas muy cómodas.

Cons: La instalación de la ducha no tiene varias alturas para ducharte sin mojarte el pelo.

Pros: Localização perfeita! Imóvel ótimo e aconchegante, muito bem equipado. A vista era deslumbrante. Havia vários locais para tomar café da manhã nas proximidades. Boa distância dos transportes (aeroporto, rodoviária).

Cons: Houve uma queda de energia durante a madrugada. Um secador de cabelos queimou ao ser ligado. A sala poderia ter mais iluminação.

TODO PERFECTO

Pros: El apartamento está muy bien situado, cerca de todo el centro. Es muy bonito, amplio y cómodo. La persona de contacto está siempre disponible por mensaje. Las vistas son bonitas. En el sofá- cama se duerme bien.

Cons: Nos gustó todo.

Agréable

Pros: Dans l’ensemble apparemment confortable et bien placé.

Cons: 👎 À notre arrivée, nous étions 2 couples en moto chargés de baguages, casques etc…nos dames avaient les 2 bras chargés, la personne qui nous a accueilli (Miguel), n’a pas eu la politesse de proposer de prendre un bagage à porter. Évidemment c’est pas obligatoire, c’est juste un manque de courtoisie. 🙈 Les tapis dans les differentes pièces qui glisse sur le parquet, on se prend les pieds dedans sans cesse. De plus il sont sale.
