Apartment Boavista Roundabout by Sweet Porto

Pros: Apartment with a garden. Comfy bed, spacious bedroom, lots of windows (so daylight) attentive staff and a nice welcome gift, a small bottle of Port wine each.

Very happy

Pros: Clean, comfortable, suited our needs. Easy to communicate with, helpful. Some nice extra touches. Handy location in terms of access to metro and buses. Not near the touristy areas but once we got a handle on the public transport was easy and great.

Cons: As a family with a kid, we were looking for an apartment with a separate room so we could relax in sitting room while she slept. We didn't realise the -bedroom' isn't actually separate...the 'walls' don't reach the ceiling. Luckily we had booked the apartment with the garden so we relaxed out there. Worked out perfectly. No other issues whatsoever! Small recommendation....info on metro cards would have been a lovely extra touch.

Great place to discover Porto

Pros: We booked 3 apartments in the same building. The garden was a big plus. Great place.

Cons: The bedroom is actually not separated, only by a sliding door, the ceiling is open. In the end our son stayed with his grandparents in Porto, otherwise this would have been really unhandy.

Pros: We chose this property because it was on metro line going to the airport. Metro 5 min walk. Also few stations away from center. Grocery, bakery near by. Our unit was facing courtyard and it was quiet.

Cons: If you plan to use washing machine you have to bring your own detergent.

Great Accommodation

Pros: The Sweet Porto team were absolutely superb in providing support, information and assistance if needed after booking my beautiful accommodation. My smart, clean abd well located accommodation was safe for me as a single female traveller often returning around 9.30pm at night. The apartment was spacious, with everything you needed and 5 mins from Casa de Musica Metro. Id happily return to this accommodation!

Cons: Had trouble with the link not working which caused problems when i arrived in Porto.

Enjoyable stay in a good location

Pros: Location was good. Hop hop off bus stopped outside door. Shops, metro and supermarkets walking distance

Cons: Lounge was very uncomfortable to sit on. A small armchair would have been nice

We used Porto as our base and did day trips to Braga, and other cities

Pros: Excellent location. Nice quiet and safe .plenty of dining options within a few mins walk. Just a 2 min walk to the Casa De musica metro station

Lovely and quiet apartment in a convenient location

Pros: Lovely apartment located in a convenient position (280mt from a metro station with direct connection to the airport and the city center). We loved the spacious bedroom, the private garden and the tranquillity of the place. The check-in was very smooth and the staff is super-responsive. we would certainly book again.

Cons: We would have appreciated some shelves or drawers in the bathroom. The bathroom was very spacious but minimally furnished… maybe too minimally.

Pros: Apartment was very clean. Modern. Well located. Beds very comfortable. Air con worked well. Free drink on arrival. Nice bakery just below it.

Cons: Shower needed some attention. It worked okay but you couldn't change between rain mode and the shower head.

Pros: We liked welcome water and wine. Also the location.

Cons: The shower installation was old and we had water leak. The carpet in the living room was pretty dirty and unnecessary.
