Spacious and modern 2-bed apartment with garage

Apartamento confortável e limpo.

Pros: Aparamento lindo e confortável. Muito limpo e bem equipado. Exatamente como nas fotos.

Superbe appartement

Pros: Appartement très bien situé, à proximité du centre ville et d’un supermarché. Parking également disponible. L’appartement est moderne, agréable et très propre! Je recommande vivement cet endroit! Tout était parfait!!

Pros: Bonito apartamento, muy moderno y todo nuevo. La verdad que muy cómodo todo. La ubicación fantástica pues esta a 3 minutos andando de una parada de metro. Lo de tener parking genial pues no tienes que preocuparte por buscar sitio cuando llegas. Sin duda repetiríamos. Nosotros éramos 6 personas pero la verdad que seria mejor para 4 pues si te toca dormir en el sofá cama, al final al estar en el salón cocina todo el mundo te molesta.

Cons: Todo en general estuvo genial por poner un pero seria que el baño de dentro de la habitación no desaguaba bien y quedaba el agua estancada un buen rato o se salía del plato de ducha. Y la verdad que nos hizo unos días de calor y echamos de menos el aire acondicionado ( pues solamente habían 2 ventiladores para tres habitaciones) Por lo demás todo bien.

Pros: El apartamento muy bonito y en muy buen estado. Todo muy bien y comodo.

Cons: Pienso que le haria falta aire acondicionado por poner un pequeño inconveniente.

Nice place to stay in Porto, but two issues need to be fixed

Pros: First of all it's new :) It's nice, spacious, clean and overall comfortable 2-bedroom apartment. All facilities are new and work very well. It has a water boiler (not the vessel, but the go-through one) which may be a great benefit for bigger parties. The apartment is rather well-eqipped. A spacious and very comfortable car parking slot in the underground parking is a huge benefit. There's also an elevator in the building. Good area and walkable to all main attractions.

Cons: I would rate it 10 should the two issues be fixed. But these two have quite ruined the stay... First of all, there is NO air conditioning. And not even a single fan! And considering the apartment's windows look strait to the West it turns into an oven in the evening, even if the outside temperature is not too high. It forces to keep windows open all the night... but the apartment looks at the cobblestone street, every car going through bangs your ears... The other downside is - the apartment is greatly equipped, but absolutely understuffed. There's no detergent for a washing machine. There are three tiny paper saches of salt (the ones you would find in the airplane), there's no oil for cooking etc...

Estancia Esrupenda

Pros: El apartamento está muy nuevo y cómodo, muy bien situado.

Si es moderno, si es amplio y si tiene garage. Magnífico. Paciencia con información para ingresar

Pros: Es un departamento muy amplio, moderno, bien equipado, de excelente gusto. El edificio también es moderno en una zona residencial muy buena. El garage para el auto sumamente cómodo, bien iluminado. Una estancia sumamente cómoda y agradable.

Cons: La comunicación con el propietario fue muy limitada en cuando a las instrucciones de ingreso que llegaron ya en el último minuto. Los números telefónicos para comunicarse supuestamente 24 horas no tuve respuesta y fue muy angustiante detectar que era un número en Miami, US. Una vez que llegó mensaje con instrucciones todo fue sencillo. También nos tocó que el elevador estaba fuera de funcionamiento lo cual si fue un problema

Bien pour se reposer et passer du temps en famille tout en découvrant Porto

Pros: Grand et très moderne appartement. Calme et lumineux. 2 chambres avec 2 salles de bain. Grande pièce à vivre.

Cons: Manque de vaisselle et d’équipement de cuisine Ascenseur en panne depuis longtemps et pas signalé dans l’annonce

Inmejorable!!!

Pros: Es completamente nuevo, espacioso, luminoso… Decorado con muy buen gusto. Superó mis expectativas con creces!! La ubicación también estupenda! Creía que estaría más lejos del centro y sin embargo en 15 minutos estabas en el mismo (íbamos con niños y todos los trayectos los hicimos a pie). Los propietarios además fueron tremendamente eficaces contestando a los mensajes con las dudas que teníamos!! Muy pero que muy recomendable!!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Cons: No hay nada que no me haya gustado! Como sugerencia de mejora, diría que si fuese posible podrían dejar dos copias de las llaves, además de sábanas para el sofá cama (sí que había almohadas y edredones)!
