Everything was perfect: the apartment, the location, and the friendly, always-available staff.

Pros: The apartment was beautiful, very clean, and perfectly located. We really enjoyed our stay — everything was comfortable and well prepared. The staff was very kind, helpful, and always available when we needed anything. Communication was excellent. We felt very welcome and would definitely recommend this place to other travelers. We would be happy to stay here again.

Pros: Location was great. Lovely river view. Short walk to restaurants and sights. Breakfast hampers were fun, varied and generous

Lovely apartment, great location, delicious breakfast

Pros: Very homey, clean and well equipped. The breakfast was delicious, the location was great and also very quiet. The hosts were also very friendly and helpful. All in all would reccomend.

Top location, very nice and helpful staff!

Pros: The location was great, just a few minutes' walk to the city center, and the river view from the appartement was just stunning. Eduardo, from the staff, was super nice and helpful. He gave us a lot of helpful tips! We felt home and welcome immediately!

Cons: No elevator ;) but was a good workout and not really an issue. If you walk around in Porto, these stairs are not the problem.

The river view is stupendous and the location is in easy walking distance of the main attractions.

Pros: Hildebrando communicated perfectly and was there to meet us. Very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Two suggestions to improve comfort: 1) a normal ironing board would easily fit into the cupboard and that would be much better than balancing the little IKEA one on the kitchen surface or on a bed. 2) It would be great to have one more side table or even a shelf to set down little items - because the table soon becomes cluttered with small items and then is not convenient to use for eating and drinking.

Pros: We chose the balcony apartment with river view and appreciated the great view from the balcony. Good location to reach, nearby grocery shopping and restaurants available. Nice old house and big room. Friendly Staff that gave us a lot of information about Porto

Cons: I would appreciate more space to put things and towels in the bathroom and an additional mirror outside of the bathroom.
