Great room in a central location

Pros: Very lovely room in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Communication was very good. We were able to leave our luggage after check out. Comfortable and clean. Fantastic restaurant downstairs.

Pros: Flores 36 is located on a street dedicated to pedestrian access with limited access only for delivery vehicles and taxi's. Public transport is readily available within walking distance as are superb restaurants.

Location and facilities excellent

Pros: Ideal location. Excellent breakfast delivered to your door. Spacious room, kitchen well stocked.

Cons: Lift was not working. Fire alarm went off during night but as the reception is not manned at night and there is no contact number, we had no way of contacting owner. The fire brigade checked the building before letting us back in

Unique, clean accommodations with a great view. Not recommended for seniors/folks with disabilities

Pros: Location, breakfast, view as well as friendly employees. Unit #301 is truly unique.

Cons: We were on the fourth floor and the elevator was broken when we arrived. Unfortunately, it was still not working when we left. We really had to plan our day to avoid having to walk those stairs more than once! The young man on the desk carried our luggage up but when we checked out at 6AM and it took me two trips to get our bags to the front door. Really low ceiling in the bedroom with no closet or dresser and the bathroom was on the lower level. Inconvenient… not recommended for seniors or folks with disabilities.

Pros: The location was perfect for exploring your beautiful city. The apartment was wonderful with the balcony overlooking historic architecture. Breakfasts were the best we have had in our travels. The staff was very responsive and helpful. I would gladly recommend this stay for family and friends.
