Great place, highly recommended

Pros: Very comfortable appartman, spacious, big bedrooms with bathroom, fully equiped kitchen, cool and vell maintained. Stayed for 7 days. Nice location a bit up the hill from the busy center. Nice neighborhood with villas and beautiful gardens. Owners very attentive, all info received timely and communication was ongoing during the stay. We had a minor issue with the fan, it was replaced within one day. Very appreciative about yhe possibily to leave our luggage a bit longer after the check out. Nice bonus, we could watch trainings at the nearby stadium 😊 Bus station near appartman as well as metro station at Marques.

Cons: Road can be a bit noisy during the night. Disposal of garbage in front at the bins could be a bit loud for light sleeper when windows are open.

Great stay

Pros: The house was clean and seemed newly designed in terms of furniture. We didn’t use the kitchen apart from making coffee but it seemed well equipped. Location was perfect, with a short walk you can grab the metro to anywhere in Porto.

Cons: The people sleeping in the two bedrooms at the roadside complained a little bit about traffic noise, but I think they were able to sleep well. In the bigger bathroom when you open the shower door it hits the showerhead, limiting the shower door from opening fully.

Pros: Large space. Close to Subway. Two bathrooms and a kitchenn. Modern and cozy. Host was excellent and very accommodating.

Cons: Thin walls so if you have problems with noise bring earphones.

Отличные апартаменты для пятерых гостей

Pros: Большая квартира со всем необходимым, три полноценные спальни, большая зала с кухней, где можно готовить и обеденным столом. Утюг, фен, стиральная машина, посудомоечная машина всё есть и работает. Постельное белье чистое, полотенца есть. Два туалета с душевыми. Спокойный район, в 7 минутах подземный паркинг где мы оставляли машину. В 20 минутах пешком до центра города - основной улицы. Ходили пешком, вечером возвращаться комфортно. Неподалеку находится продуктовый магазин - Ашан. Квартира находится в красивом доме на втором этаже.

Cons: В этом году неподалеку во дворе проходит стройка, поэтому днём немного шумно.

Pros: O apartamento é perfeito e espaçoso. Cozinha bem equipada, tudo muito limpo e prático. Não tivemos problema com barulho e tudo foi muito bem orientado e explicado pela equipe responsável pelo imóvel. Passamos ótimos dias. Nos sentimos em casa. Moraríamos no apartamento. Localização ótima. Próxima do centro de carro mas tranquilidade e calma de um bairro residencial.

Cons: Nenhuma intercorrência. O Wifi oscilou bastante, reiniciamos o modem algumas vezes. Não há muito onde estacionar, mas ficando atento, é possível parar o carro em alguma vaga bem próxima.

Trotzdem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pros: Die Wohnung war sehr groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab genug Geschirr für 5 Personen. Die Ausstattung ist edel.

Cons: Die Lage nahe eines Parks mit Spielplatz ist gut für Familien, allerdings liegt der Fußballplatz des FC Porto fast direkt an der Rückseite des Hauses. Dort wird von morgens bis 23 Uhr gespielt. Das muss man mögen. In Sachen Sauberkeit ist noch Luft nach oben. Das eine der beiden Bäder war nicht gründlich geputzt und das eine Bettlaken war nicht sauber.

Pros: Een heel erg ruim en goed onderhouden appartement op een rustige locatie in een veilige buurt. De communicatie met de verhuurder en het in- en uitchecken verliepen vlot. Halverwege ons verblijf werden we nog eens opgebeld met de vraag of onze vakantie goed verliep en of er opmerkingen of vragen waren.

Cons: Niets, alles was echt in orde!
