Pros: Gostei de tudo no alojamento. Desde o primeiro contacto foram sempre muito prestáveis e responderam rapidamente a todas as mensagens, o que fez toda a diferença. Senti-me sempre bem acompanhada e apoiada. Sem dúvida uma experiência muito positiva, recomendo!

Das Beste was ich bei Booking. com je gebucht habe!

Pros: Für mich das Beste Apartment, was ich bisher bei Booking com gebucht hatte. Gute Ausstattung und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders die Küchenzeile war sehr geräumig und fast alle Küchenutensilien vorhanden - und in einem guten Zustand. Nett fand ich auch das Gastgeschenk und ein kleines Präsent zu Weihnachten. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt!

Cons: Die fehlende Mitteilung in der Beschreibung, dass das Apartment im dritten Stock liegt und kein Fahrstuhl im Haus ist. Die Übersetzung der Zugangsinformationen ins Deutsche, denn da wurden die Zugangscods verwechselt. Nach einigem probieren hatte ich die Lösung. Schlecht fand ich auch die Täuschung, dass man angeblich rund um die Uhr erreichbar sei. Dies ist eine KI-Software, die sofort reagiert. Aber ungeachtet dessen, wurden Probleme schnell geklärt. Wichtig wäre es einen öfteren Instandhaltungs-Check durchzuführen, um kleine Mängel zu beseitigen.

Pros: Casa muito bem localizada! Muito perto da estação de Campanhã , tem muito comércio a volta e além disso faz se bem a pé até a ribeira !

Cons: O que menos gostamos foi! As gaivotas em cima do telhado a fazer uma rave a noite toda !🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
