Second-to-none location facing the Douro

Pros: Access instructions were provided well in advance and were very easy to follow. The view of the Douro from the apartment is just breathtaking, and the whole area seems out of a movie. Spotless place, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and functional kitchenette. If you don't have any mobility issues, this place is most recommended.

Cons: The apartment was on a fourth floor without lift, which after a long day of walking, can take its toll. Then again, Porto does demand some physical fitness having to go up and down stone stairs.

Pros: Great location.....very clean 😃 Everything was great..very hot water.very cozy

Perfect location great views

Pros: I loved my apartment. It was just perfect for me. The location and access to everything was excellent. The views...I wont ever forget standing on my balcony both day and night and enjoying that view. The apartment was quite well equipped although a couple of extra glasses and perhaps a toaster would be good. Plenty of towels. Spacious room, light, bright and I loved it. I felt safe and secure in the location and building.

Cons: Perhaps the bin could have been emptied once during my stay as by the end of 6 days, the scraps were a little smelly and the bin full.

It was the best holiday location that we have ever had.

Pros: Loved the location which was right in the middle of all the entertainment. Having the option to cook our own meals was very relaxing. Sleeping at night with the French doors opem was nice. It was like being in the middle of a resort.

Cons: The 3 stories of stairs was challenging with our luggage, but we managed okay for a couple of seniors. Sometimes the singers with their loud speaker equipment, down on the wharf , went on too long & we had to close the French doors

Pros: Amazing location, apartment well equipped with everything needed.

Cons: The stairs. Some noise from below till late. Wifi disconnected for around 5hrs over a while week.

Pros: Really nice location and the apartment was really good too. We will choose this place again when in Porto next time

Pros: Absolutely stunning location with a window in the bathroom and bedroom. I would say the 15 Sq.m room at the 4th floor is more for 1 person, because the half of the ceiling is inclined and you can't walk around the bed. For 2 people bigger room would be better. Comfortable bed, pillows, everything was amazing!

Fabulous location near all the action.

Pros: Taxi dropped us off at the bridge and it’s a short walk along the wall above the restaurants on the river. The room was bright, the bed comfortable. Great shower in a smallish bathroom. Close to many cafes and you can walk to all the attractions.

Cons: 2 coffee pods for a 3 day stay could be reviewed and a small carton of milk would have been nice. Also gel earplugs definitely required as musicians rotate constantly on the esplanade.

Wonderful

Pros: Absolutely amazing location bed was just so hard, our flight was late in after midnight and everywhere was closed so couldn’t get a drink. Owners were so lovely that I’m sure they would have put something in there if we’d have asked but we didn’t forward think. There was a kettle and coffee machine there. Loved almost everything

Amazing riverside apartment

Pros: Phenomenal location, breathtaking views from the balcony, gets the sun all day. Right next to fantastic restaurants.

Cons: Slightly dodgy shower, door didn't close and the temperature preferred to stay on warm rather than hot.
