Pros: Amazing quiet location in the city centre. Big apartment, good for a longer stay.

Cons: Smell from the toilet.

Great flat in the middle of Porto!

Pros: Perfect location. Spacious, well decorated, clean.

Cons: Heating is not strong enough for winter months.

Comfortable, modern interior, clean and situated in a good location.

Pros: Location close to station and tourist info points and sightseeing bus stations. Host support given before and throughout our stay. Delivered breakfast was a plus point

Cons: Our unit was up three flights of stairs on a narrow staircase. Luckily we did not have large pieces of luggage and are still fit and strong in our late sixties.

A five star location to everything you need to see in Porto

Pros: Amazing location. Central to everything. The staff were very available for any queries.

Cons: It was excellent overall. Maybe hunk bed mattresses could be a better quality.

Excellent location and attentive management

Pros: Our stay in Porto during the first week of September 2025 was very enjoyable. The apartment was in great condition and perfectly located. The manager was always available and genuinely concerned about our comfort, ready to address any issues. Overall, a positive experience thanks to both the apartment and the excellent support from the management.

Cons: We did experience occasional unpleasant odors in the bathroom, which was a minor inconvenience, and the steep stairs to the second-floor apartment could be challenging for some guests, so it would be helpful to mention this in advance.

Incredible location, spacious and comfortable space

Pros: The location was absolutely incredible! It made getting around Porto so easy. The studio was spacious and comfortable. The check in/check out process was easy and the building felt very secure.

Cons: This might have been my own oversight but the lack of toiletry amenities was unexpected. No hand soap, shower gel, shampoo etc. so had to go out and buy my own.

Pros: Everything was great, new and clean, comfortable beds, good Wi-Fi. Great location.

Cons: The positioning of the sofa bed and the table in the living room could be better , to leave more space to move around.

Location location location

Pros: Great location. Close to all the sights with a supermarket just up the hill. Apartment is large and would comfortably sleep 6 people. The little balconies were nice for some air. The stairs would be challenging for anyone with reduced mobility or alot of luggage or children

Large Porto apartment

Pros: Size: 3 separate bedrooms, large lounge kitchen area. Clean, modern apartment at the top of a 3 storey building. Good heating/air con system. The office is close by. Location is handy for exploring. Photos implied a bed in living room: - this was not the case.

Cons: Just be aware that this apartment is above the train station and anyone with mobility problems would find it a real challenge, especially the stairs which are steep. We went mid March and had an issue with the patio doors blowing open and rain coming in overnight. And the power went off at 7.30 on the Sunday morning. However, these issues were dealt with promptly. In an emergency use WhatsApp to contact them.
